Caro,you've really helped me,I have been your silent follower, nimekua na hip joint since I was in class 8 and now am 37,but since I started listening to you and following your instructions, i feel no more pain,also I have been suffering from tonsillitis since Dec last year but it's some few days after taking apple cider vinegar and I feel great change,I wanna thank you and may you live long to help many,siamini ni mimi aki.

How do you use apple cider vinegar for tonsils?
