This type of housing doesn't address the people who are/were considered middle income 5 years ago. I have a good career with a decent salary and I'm being forced to move into substandard housing. I've lived in Florida all my life and I don't know if I can make here anymore. Over 50% of my salary goes towards rent. People like me are falling through the cracks!

Yea they raised the price of rent so high a DUMP cost you around $800 to a $1,000 a month to be TRAILER TRASH it's not alway's the people it's the price. A DECENT apartment You have to have First, Last plus a deposit, Your looking at $5,000 to move in Plus you have to make 4 times the rent to even qualify to rent in THE PROBLEM. They make sure you cant secede now all in another average $200 a month for Electricity you looking at $1,000 to $1200 a month for efficiency 600 Sq Ft. If your lucky. But a DUMP cost about as much Just show up with enough money to pay the rent of $200 a week with out going thru HOOPS THANKS JOE !!!!

It is better to invest now,,, You will never be younger than you are today and there will never be a perfect time to invest. Due to compounding, which Einstein called the 8th wonder of the world, you can get rich slowly from investing if you do it from a young enough age..

The bum bunch? The housing crisis is now out pricing emergency service workers, teachers, nurses, firefighters, sanitation workers, etc. When communities lose that “bum bunch” they will be in trouble.
