    I have been following Leslie Senone for more than 10 years. I have checked other's walks at home videos. Honestly, I have found a walking program for Leslie The best. I have recommended this program to my thousands of patients, family and friends. 🎉Thank you Leslie.

      I love Leslie 's walking workouts as well.

    I love Leslie's walk videos! I want to walk 3 or more miles 4 or 5 days a week to lose weight! I'm 24, and I'm trying to lose 75 pounds! Wish me luck!

    Renata Nikolaevna Thank you for posting this video. I have been using it now for almost 3 years. every other day. I have lost and mostly kept off over 60 pounds. I was 260 in 2022 now in 2024 I am still at 210 pounds. No drugs , just this and eating better. It does work. Stick with it everyone .. it does work.

    Leslie’s workout are the easiest most effective ones I’ve ever done! I’m 71 and love the 5k and 5 mile workouts! I use them when i don’t go to the gym or pressed for time. Today it’s snowing so it’s the best! Thank you Leslie for your variety of safe and enjoyable workouts❤ movement is medicine!!

    I do this 5 mile happy walk from time to time I enjoy the workout I do this plus the 30 minute workout walk I am an avid Walker I walk 5 miles every day through my neighborhood . I use these videos as a substitute when it gets to cold or when the weather is rainy or bad I am thankful for these videos as an alternative

    Thank you for posting this!! I have enjoyed Leslie Sansone for years off and on... Due to the rain, sleet & snow today, my walk has moved into my garage- yep... I just did 5 miles IN my garage!! That's what I love about these walks: Fun, fast, and very little space needed! Blessed day to you all!! oxxo

    Thanks for uploading theses workouts. I've tried the Walk at Home app but I don't really like the new walk leaders who have taken Leslie's place. I miss Rocky and Nick too.

    Thanks for posting this, I love Leslie and haven't seen this one. I have some of Leslie's DVD's, this one from 15 years ago! I feel old. I miss her, last time I saw her was in 2020 at the start of the pandemic, she kept me fit throughout lockdown.

    I am so glad I discovered this work out. I'm 58 and I'd been looking for a work out that's gentle on knees. I'd been at it for 4 to 5 times a week for a month now. It fits my schedule. I can only do it in the evenings.

    Exercising with Leslie Sansone is very fun. I had an adventure of doing sports at home before, but it was getting boring. I gave up after a few days. I started my sports adventure with Leslie for 3 days now. I hope I will lose weight well and write my updated comment here 🙏😄

      I found that moves lIke that are called active recovery. So you are still moving brisk but getting a little break. One of my favorites also 😊

    First time jumping from 5k walk with a twist to 5 mile It was challenging but I made it. The middle of the 5th mile really was an endurance burn. Look forward to many more of these. 😊

    I like her I like that you did this but her Mile is only 0.81 miles I do an extra 2 mins after each mile is called. Keep up the good work 🎉🎉

    I don't know if anyone has the same experience as me. I've been following Leslie's program for the last two, three months now, and each time she pronounces that we've walked one mile, my Fitbit shows only half a mile?

      Could be that the normal walk doesn't involve the entire body workout. So maybe Fitbit or Apples 1/2mile is equal to Leslie's 1mile. Because we definitely sweat a lot as compared to a normal walk.

      My Samsung watch always says I walked a little over a mile when I'm doing the 3 mile. I think my issue is because my watch doesn't sense a workout until I'm well into the workout. But she says if you keep the beat your fine. If you walk the 3 mile program regardless of what your watch says you've done 3 miles because the miles are timed by beats per min. Some type of stuff like that.

      Devices won’t be an exact science in terms of capturing the same distance as following another person’s walk cadence (although we literally follow Leslie’s steps).

      Hi we adore Leslie and she has helped so many and so happy she continues to motivate people and that you discovered her. My son and I used our wrist pedometers from Amazon-'technology before the fitbit- and ours isn't accurate so we are thinking its the limitation of the technology. Can you tie it on your foot for more accuracy because if we don't move our wrist the steps don't count, we tried this on an outside walk too and the steps didn't count only steps when we swung our wrist were counting. Enjoy the journey and routine, Leslie is encouraging. You may also adore Tae Bo, Lucy Wyndham-Read, Fausto Murillo, and Reps to the Rhythm (we sure do!) to help you with your fitness goals. Keep us posted if you would like.

      Yes, it can. Just be consistent

      You can't lose fat in specific targeted areas unfortunately but of course exercise makes you overall lose fat, a long as you're in a caloric deficit.

    You can't go by your Fitbit her walking program is beats per minute.. and that's what dictates the mileage... not to mention you're moving according to GPS

      @@MorganAFunches I eat a poached egg and coffee for breakfast, bigger lunch and yogurt with fruit for supper and would walk sometimes 2, 3 or 4 miles with either Leslie Sansone or Gina. I’m retired, so have the time! 😉

    Really like this video. It’s extreme so only for the really advanced. The only thing that bothers me is that she doesn’t keep the count consistent so if you think she's done she’s not so messes up the exercise a bit. Overall a hard workout. Worth it, though.

    OMG. That's Nicole right there in the fourth mile!!! She's lost so much weight! I walk with her in the Walk down your blood sugar! That's so awesome! I myself have lost 8 pounds in two weeks with that workout. Walking IS the way to lose weight! YAY Nicole!
