Thanks for the video, I need to know the model of truck with incluye diferencial 6/40 because we use for machine aplication.
The diferencial is EATON 6/40 And we need the opinión EATON P/N 53174(6)
At 9:52 you show side movement on the gears. Is that normal? I have one removed because of backlash but noticed looseness on the spline drive where my axles go in seem loose.
Yes it's normal because upper gear is removed, when it's assembled it will not play like this!

Bad bearing noise coming from the differential, the driver first thought that has a transmission problem!

I cant believe you removed the yoke with hammers. Puller is fairly inexpensive
