Eric, I watch all of the episodes and have really enjoyed the content bc I have learned a LOT. Regarding the marital segment. I have been married almost 6 years and am 32 years old. My wife and I discuss all of our financial decisions. Many times it leads to us believing in and supporting each other. But sometimes it may lead to us not jumping into something. Without writing a whole dissertation, I think spouses should always be in agreement. In your one example, if the man makes all the money, they should agree where it is spent. And even though the wife takes care of the kids 99% of the time, the husband/father should get a say/be in agreement on it. As you sorta mentioned, the fact that he couldn't feel confident telling her and the fact she is divorcing him now probably means this is one of many issues. But, to end positive, finding that spouse that believes in you AND you can be open about all decisions is the key, and I pray that all of those reading this may find that person, and become that person as well
Well said, I agree with you Travis. As eric said, take advice from someone who is where you want to be. So cant take marital advice from a single man.

Perfect timing! Just pulled a orange lazer Jayden Daniel’s ($200 eBay) and Caleb Williams checker ($500) where I’m thinking sell fast.. but the reality is the buyers are likely going to grade and feel they’ll make more so I don’t know what is best.
If they have shots at a 10 I’d grade them considering you pulled them. If you just want the cash now then selling them is fine.
With Ben Johnson I think there will be a lot of Caleb Williams hype and with Daniels possibly making the Super Bowl in his first year I think there will also be hype for him next year.
Just be careful, those things grade horrible
@@JeremyHutchings-x5c Thanks. I'm financing a house so I guess cash now is best while PSA has a massive backlog.. but grading definitely looks interesting. The only 2024 Prizm Jayden Daniels Orange Lazer that was on eBay graded was a PSA 10 that sold BIN $800 on the 16th. If the card's going for around $200 raw now (and dropping due to lots of auctions ending) it seems like those odds aren't that bad. Wish PSA wasn't so slow/expensive to speed up as Jayden Daniels on Saturday will make a major price swing up or down.
@ yeah to late to make any $$ on him right now unless you already own the cards. I owned a lot of his cards and sold before the spike smh didn’t think he would take the team this far. Prizm is no doubt the most popular and some years grades pretty good but that black border on the back and that one white corner killed most of them for grading. This years Optic graded really well for me
At what point does everyone try to buy cards in the offseason and the prices never actually go down.

You are incorrect in assuming the Ken Griffey cards aren’t iconic. He has many cheap and iconic cards. Iconic and worth are different
So you’re saying no reason to hold anything? You don’t have a PC in hopes of value going up? You suggest selling every modern card because every modern card has no chance in going up after holding? What’s the point then? Sounds like a lot of work for nothing 😅
