Whenever I watch this judge's show, it reminds me ethics, professionalism, and cordial. I always think I'm watching a regular American tv judge. If this Hon Judge takes over the NJC or the supreme court, the man on the street will begin to feel justice right away. She is my hope, that one day a smart governor, president will re call her from retirement to restore normalcy to chaotic judicial system aka cash n carry. She still has a lot to offer. Welcome your Honor.

I have had my checking account hacked too. I noticed it and called the bank. I told them to stop payment over the phone because I didn't recognize the company but they still allowed a second withdrawal. I went in to the bank and then closed the account and reimbursed my money. It was only $100 total which is a lot to me.

This is quite emotional to watch. Mr Mazi didn't do well by running away or going into hiding (though he thought that was the best decision then) and also Mr Emma has every right to be angry the way he's.
The bank has a big question to answer in this case, even after the unauthorized transaction were reported they didn't seem it fit to stop any action on his account. I'm very sure the person that did that works with the bank and also the Yahoo boys. Thanks judge Funmi for your generous contribution. I admire you a lot ma. God bless you

They have been friends for years, according to both of them. Why didn't he confide in his friend? He said that he already bought the materials for the job. Why didn't he find means to complete the job? Why did he ignore his calls? The story doesn't add up. He could have shown his friend the so-called debit alerts but rather chose to leave him high and dry.
This is the reason why people don't help/trust their fellow man.

It is good that the justice court is helping to offset part of the debt owed by defendants with pathetic stories. However, they should always investigate or at least get proof before doing so. So as not to let some bad people take advantage of the good Samaritans also.
Hence, this defendant should be made to provide proof of the fraudulent debits of the 6M+ to his bank account. At least, bank statement can be gotten from the bank app.
    Thank you

You are 100 percent right, it's not adding up for me, how can one delete all the bank debits n all and still come to court without proof? He has machines worth 20million and sold them all to offset a 6million naira debt...I really think investigations should be made as you suggested.
