This lady speaks so fluently and displays some level of education but she got clouded by emotion after receiving first payment. She continued to pump more money 🤦🏾♂️. Please let us be mindful of all these investment opportunities, lots of them are full-blown scams. I was caught in the web too between January - April 2022 and I lost a sizeable amount of money to these scammers. I'm yet to heal from the whole thing but once bitten, twice shy

The judge can see through his deception and gave a judgment for the money to be paid within 24 hours.
Most of the investment promotion in Nigeria are scam and fraud.

The lady offered him 50k the first month and subsequent month for 10k. This would have taken him 32 months to pay. That is like 2 yr and 8 months. Approx 3yrs which is fair enough. He was busy saying that he will want to buy at dip and sale later to pay. Why not pay her with the money u intend to buy with later and save your head.
I'm into crypto, binary and partly forex. Let no one deceive you if you can't do it yourself don't ever give anyone your money to trade for you, the market is volatile and It takes years to master. Years and that does not mean you won't have losses. I pity the lady....she has and is going through a lot.. you guys are probably new In all these investment platform. Run for your life. There is money there but do it yourself.
It's so pathetic. The woman drew sympathy from me. She was even still so considerate by asking for initial payment of 50k & even still got it lowered & wouldn't mind subsequent payments in 10k or so. Despite this, the man wasn't still considerate. He has the mentality that he can decide to pay in instalment however he chose. He least understood that the case was even a criminal one of obtaining money by false pretense, etc. However, it has a joyous end when the judge ruled for payment in 24hours since the man wasn't ready to be reasonable. I believe he would be made to understand behind close door that his case should have been treated as a criminal one.
He even have money to do weeding when he owe many people. Is weeding a must when you don't have money? He is playing games, if he is serious at least he should plead her for 30k first month.
He is doing inyanga on top of debt, and even giving her ultimatum more or less! Very annoying.
He has an irritating attitude that seriously pissed Judge Funmi off!

I thought I did not hear the judgment well, I had to go through the comment. 24hrs! good for him. This is my 2and half years in trading I'm still learning, it takes around 5yrs to master that doesn't mean it's totally without losses. Now the person teaching him is just 4months🤣.
