- Hello everyone! 🍂 I’m so glad to have you back here with me today! Today’s video is all about FALL COMFORT FOOD. Hardly anything beats a good comfort meal in my opinion.

Mexican Cornbread Muffins: 🍁
•Ingredients•
*1 1/4 cup of Self Rising Cornmeal
*1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
*8 oz of cream corn
*1 cup of sour cream
*1 4oz can of chopped green chilis
*1/2 cup of vegetable oil
*2 eggs
•Instructions•
Super easy…throw everything in the bowl and mix together! Bake at 400 degrees for about 12ish minutes. Depending on how big your muffin tin is. Enjoy! ✨

I have never heard of someone that can't eat beef...?
It’s due to gout. Certain kinds of meats, or even foods like beans can trigger it in people. Thankfully my mom can have a lot of foods. But she tries to stay away from beef.
