Hello everyone! 🍂 I’m so glad to have you back here with me today! Today’s video is all about FALL COMFORT FOOD. Hardly anything beats a good comfort meal in my opinion.

•Ingredients•
*1 1/4 cup of Self Rising Cornmeal
*1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
*8 oz of cream corn
*1 cup of sour cream
*1 4oz can of chopped green chilis
*1/2 cup of vegetable oil
*2 eggs
•Instructions•
Super easy…throw everything in the bowl and mix together! Bake at 400 degrees for about 12ish minutes. Depending on how big your muffin tin is. Enjoy! ✨

why pam and butter? I sometime substitute part of the butter for oil if I want to increase the smoke point but just the spritz seems unnecessary
I generally use olive oil and butter but was out and had not made it to the store yet. I knew the amount of butter I was using wouldn’t be enough to keep the food from sticking to the pan. I also didn’t want to use too much butter, because that can make the food not as good and also affects our stomachs.
I rate this food 0/10 cus you didint give me a bite

I have never heard of someone that can't eat beef...?
It’s due to gout. Certain kinds of meats, or even foods like beans can trigger it in people. Thankfully my mom can have a lot of foods. But she tries to stay away from beef.

Totally loved the cleaning video it's sooooo motivational, makes me want to jump right up and go clean since I can't sleep except... Mine too! My daughter and I watch TH-cam together, and she gets a kick out of me noticing when someone has Pioneer Woman stuff. She says, "you don't miss anything PW, do you?!" And she's right, I spot PW stuff in so many people's videos. It's like playing I spy.😄
