Oh my gosh THANK YOU! I watched another video and it was a bunch of folding and cutting and it would NOT fit in my pan and took me 30 minutes for failure. Then I saw your video and I did it in 5 minutes! Thank you!
Thank you for this video! I'm so glad to know this tip. All this time I've been smooshing my parchment into my pans and getting wrinkly corners. Can't wait for my next baking project to try this out and get nice smooth corners! Also, I love your scissors :)
I wish I had watched your video before baking. I baked cake for the first time it came out perfect but had a huge crack from side because of not lining the parchment paper properly. I will remember this method for now on.
Thank you for this tip. It wasn't as easy for me because I had to use a much larger pan (long rectangle pan) and my parchment paper came off a roll, so it was harder to work with. It took some time, but I finally got it to lay in the pan. The most important part, was the cake came out perfectly!
This is a very helpful technique, thank you , Margie, also dont forget to butter or grease your pan 😊. I've been wanting to make brownies for my little sister, however I don't have parchment paper, so I'll go buy some right now. But do you have some tips on how to bake if you don't have parchment paper? Thank you in advance. Also I love your gingerbread scissors, they're so cute :)
Yes, parchment paper helps so much. Bur if I use it for baking chicken I do not get nice drippings for gravey. And Lollipops... better to pour the candy on plastic wrap. The lollipop will be shinier. It really does save in clean up time. I love pulling baked bread out of loaf pans or lining cake pans. Thanks for your comment. Margie
Knowing this parchment skill has come in soooo handy. Cut a template and keep it so you do not have to use the pan. That also helps. Thank you for your nice message. Margie

As always Margie, you are just a fountain of knowledge. Thank you.
Thanks. This is much simpler than other videos I watched.
Very helpful!!!!! Quick & easy too. Thank you very much
Thank you! Easier than what I saw on other videos 🙂

Hey, that's a very useful tip! Thank you! 👍👍
thank you for sharing. I do cut it this way and wet the pan so the paper sticks to the pan, this makes it easy to fill.
I love your scissors!! Take very good care. Selena in New Hampshire
Brilliant!!! Thanks Margie 😊
Quick and so easy love it.
Hi Margie. Thanks for this video. I wanted to know how to do this. Now, I do!! Hope you are having a great weekend. :)

Thanks, grammie. I'll try this out on my brownie pan.
I love parchment paper and I use it for everything from bacon to roasting.. :)

Margie
For baking brownies can I use butter too as a greasing and with parchment paper?
Don't have to grease the paper. Margie
So you don’t spray the paper before adding the batter?
correct, I never do. Especially a spray because the paper will curl. That makes it so difficult to work with. Margie
you saved my brownies
Very excellent.. Thank You 🙏

Thank you!
ok... I'll give this a try - the pleat thing confused me in the other video.
where do you order your parchment paper from?
I now pick it up at the grocery store. I used to buy is at Penn Fixture in Pittsburgh, PA Margie
Your Pan is rectangular in shape. But how do I line a CircuLar shaped pan with parchment paper.
That just requires more cuts, maybe every 1 1/2. Then overlap the cuts same as you would for the squared corners. Thanks for the question. Margie
When I grease the paper it always burns when I pull my cookies out
No need to grease the paper. Margie
Thank you!!!
Nice thank you 👌
thank you for the tip!!!
Thank you. Trying to find other ways bake...
