    Very nice video. So much easier than the other videos that I watched that had way too many steps. Thanks for sharing.

    Thank you! This is wonderful 🙂. No more smushing the parchment paper into the corners and making a lumpy mess for me! 😄

    I would give this 2 thumbs up if I could. Much easier than some of the other videos with all the extra folding and cutting. draw a couple lines and cut them and presto.

    What if the loaf pan corners are rounded, how do you find the corner?

    • @lowcarbrecipeideas
      @lowcarbrecipeideas  4 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      You can just estimate the line as it won't go wrong

  • @slowlee.
    @slowlee. 3 ปีที่แล้ว +1

    Thanks for the tips! Perhaps you can do just 1 corner, and use the cut-out parchment paper as shape/mould to cut out the remaining 3 corners, save some drawings. XD

    • @lowcarbrecipeideas
      @lowcarbrecipeideas  3 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      That's a good idea - short cut ! Thanks for your suggestion 😊

  • @kathy32850
    @kathy32850 4 ปีที่แล้ว

    I use one single sheet of parchment torn off long enough to fit pan then make one accordian fold down the middle. You don't need to cover the short ends, just use a knife to loosen then lift it out with the paper. Also, I cover only the bottom of the round pan, using spray on pan and paper.

    Do you ever have leakage in the pan?

  • @Rusty6507
    @Rusty6507 2 ปีที่แล้ว

    most pans are wider at the top than the bottom. I find this leaves a gap for the bread to stick to the pan. perhaps, don't do a 45 degree angle then cutting the short ends so that it overlaps?

    • @lowcarbrecipeideas
      @lowcarbrecipeideas  2 ปีที่แล้ว +1

    This would not work with the crappy Reynold's parchment paper that comes in rolls. No matter what I do, it stays curled up. Avoid this brand!
