Double cleanse is great ! They have wash pads that go with micil water or any other product. They are like washclothes but are very gentle! They work with with removing make up with micosular water ,or a a product like dermatologica to take off make up they are really soft like velvet! It’s better than using your hands and it’s gentle!😊😊😊

A cheap way to deal with the drippy arm thing is to cut the top off of a pair of crew socks and use those. You can get them at thrift stores if you have no extras on hand.
Lol yes we do skincare differently when drunk. I'm usually very sleepy when drunk, so I tend to just cleanse and skip all the rest to go to bed asap 😅 or I sometimes unfortunately pass out with makeup on 😬

any fermented drink (like kvas or kefir) may contain alcohol, but the amount of alcohol in the store-bought one is probably negligible (kombucha is made from black tea, so it should have a similar amount of caffeine)

Please don't spend 27$ on fluffy wrist cuffs! I bought a 6 pack of cotton hair scrunchies from Walmart and they work perfectly to keep water from running down your arms! plus, you have extras to pull your hair back, and for when you throw them in the wash. Save those $$$, folks!

As for different skincare routine when drunk: yeah. Basically, you are really tired, you are not so coordinated, and you may see double. No matter how wasted you are, the most important thing is to TAKE YOUR MAKEUP OFF. Even if it is makeup remover wipe at the side of your bed that you use half sleeping, TAKE YOUR MAKEUP OFF. After cleansing I usually skip all actives (I don't want to get my BHA or retinal serum in my eye, thank you very much), and amp up hydration/calming instead. If I have the energy, I will do 7 skins with a hydrating or calming toner or serum. Then I put a bit more moisturizer than usual, drink two cups of water and go to sleep.

Tipsy once eith an alcoholic filled fammily line on both sides with EDS/electrolyte issues: can tell you that you're not missing much. It felt like I was purposely causing the dizziness and symptoms that disable me every day with dysautonomia and no different than the medication (I'm prescribed too) you take for your menstrual cycles, but no hangover needed and you actually have a break from pain with it. 🥴 my best friend who you remind me of and has the same uterus involvement (and the reason i love watching your video cause you remind me of) has had a similar incident. I love the Tatcha rice polish you barely need any and I priced it out against competitive brands and it works out the same. I also do like you suggested and mix it in a little silicon bowl with a brush
I mean 80s style wrist sweat bands, really fluffy hair scrunchies, double wrap a face wash headband around your wrists all work to prevent water for dripping down your arms (if you don't want to by a specially item).
This is fun to watch, but keep it simple. Oil balm cleaner, Ceramide foaming cleanser, hydrating niacinamide toner, active acid content serum, retinol (or plain) moisturiser; and if outside (or indoors) during day use your sunscreen and reapply sunscreen often..
I'm late but please, please, PLEASE do a video on hyaluronic acid. I'm prone to fear mongering and was innocently searching if hyaluronic acid could cause more dryness since I've moved to Vermont from the Gulf Coast and before I could finish my search "does hyaluronic acid cause...." and of COURSE "cancer" pops up and there's only like 2 videos up now and my neurotic ass needs MORE opinions from professionals. I have since cut it out of my routine because it was destroying my skin when it once helped me. Idk why you stopped using it (I'm guessing cancer isn't the reason per your recommendation of the glow recipe product) bit I would love more info and I LOVE your videos and trust your opinion!
Ooooh. I feel you on the oil cleanser. Was previously using gifted orange-coloured Laneige oil cleanser samples (those small vial-ish bottles) but I felt that it was too expensive to get the full bottle (and I don't think they are still available - very citrusy smelling but I didn't have any adverse reaction so I think it's fiiiiine? :thinking-squinting:) Then discovered Heimish cleansing balm and been using it for years and it just melts makeup away. :D And about to finish the nth tub. Also love its little scoopy thing that comes with it XD Alsooo, for some reason, I don't miss skincare even if I don't know how even I got home from a drinking spree lol (guess I am going autopilot at times)
About the soaking wet sleeves and floor... I just cuted a pear of unused socks around the heel and I use that. It does the same thing and that pair of socks int waisted because it wasn't fitting anyways

I got a 6 pack of wrist sweatbands on Amazon and they work perfectly. I got ones that were a little longer and have thicker material. Took two buys to find the perfect one. I hang the pair in the shower to dry and use them twice and then move on to my next pair. I got bright colors and I mix them up. 10/10 recommend

That's way I love Olay eye care creams and gels, for every type of eye skin problem they have you covered. They also believe there's not one eye cream, that covers all the different problems.
Cas!! I try to keep up with all ur vids but idk if you've ever talked about this. What should I use for specifically dark circles under the eyes? It's not puffy, it's not wrinkly(yet) but my under eyes are PURPLE. I'll use aquafor on my dry spots and around my eyes to keep them hydrated, but I do not know if/what products exist that help with the purple. It's not my biggest insecurity bit I have noticed I look exclusively tired lol. I don't wear makeup often but even when I do I can't even cover it with concealer very well
Oh no, purple sounds like it's your blood vessels showing through. Unfortunately skin care can't do too much about that. But try a yellow colour corrector before you apply concealer. (Colour theory - yellow cancels out purple). Also worth trying facial massage or gua sha in case it's due to congestion and lymph blockages. :)

Haha I have done drunk skin care. Still managed to take makeup off. Think mine used to consistent of face wipes, oil based face wash for eye makeup. A basic cleanser, then sleepily drunkenly rubbing mosituriser into face until dozed off. I think I paid more attention to skin at times as I'd enjoy the facial massage part😃
One of my teachers when I was learning makeup had worked with Charlotte Tilbury at London Fashion Week, and actually, the "magic cream" then was Weleda Skin Food squeezed into tubs by her poor assistants. 😂 Also she's apparently a bit of a c u next Tuesday. 🤣

I just got some cheap wristbands from like target for sports that I wear when I wash my face which I love.
I just finally got myself some face wash bracelet thingies this month! I just found a reasonably priced, highly rated set on Amazon and they are so perfect for when you can’t do a whole shower or just generally get completely nakey to wash your face 😂😂 10/10 would recommend trying, wherever you choose to buy them from!!!!

Fun fact: a lot of her products have Camellia sinensis which is just the plant species used for green and black tea. Tea being the main ingredient for kombucha. It has antioxidants and caffeine.

Tipsy once eith an alcoholic filled fammily line on both sides with EDS/electrolyte issues: can tell you that you're not missing much. It felt like I was purposely causing the dizziness and symptoms that disable me every day with dysautonomia and no different than the medication (I'm prescribed too) you take for your menstrual cycles, but no hangover needed and you actually have a break from pain with it. 🥴 my best friend who you remind me of and has the same uterus involvement (and the reason i love watching your video cause you remind me of) has had a similar incident. I mean 80s style wrist sweat bands, really fluffy hair scrunchies, double wrap a face wash headband around your wrists all work to prevent water for dripping down your arms (if you don't want to by a specially item).
I've been using old scrunchies as skincare wristbands =)

I'm late but please, please, PLEASE do a video on hyaluronic acid. I'm prone to fear mongering and was innocently searching if hyaluronic acid could cause more dryness since I've moved to Vermont from the Gulf Coast and before I could finish my search "does hyaluronic acid cause...." and of COURSE "cancer" pops up and there's only like 2 videos up now and my neurotic ass needs MORE opinions from professionals. I have since cut it out of my routine because it was destroying my skin when it once helped me. Idk why you stopped using it (I'm guessing cancer isn't the reason per your recommendation of the glow recipe product) bit I would love more info and I LOVE your videos and trust your opinion!

Was previously using gifted orange-coloured Laneige oil cleanser samples (those small vial-ish bottles) but I felt that it was too expensive to get the full bottle (and I don't think they are still available - very citrusy smelling but I didn't have any adverse reaction so I think it's fiiiiine? :thinking-squinting:)
Then discovered Heimish cleansing balm and been using it for years and it just melts makeup away. :D And about to finish the nth tub. Also love its little scoopy thing that comes with it XD

I got a 6 pack of wrist sweatbands on Amazon and they work perfectly. I got ones that were a little longer and have thicker material. Took two buys to find the perfect one. I hang the pair in the shower to dry and use them twice and then move on to my next pair. I got bright colors and I mix them up. 10/10 recommend

Cas!! I try to keep up with all ur vids but idk if you've ever talked about this. What should I use for specifically dark circles under the eyes? It's not puffy, it's not wrinkly(yet) but my under eyes are PURPLE. I'll use aquafor on my dry spots and around my eyes to keep them hydrated, but I do not know if/what products exist that help with the purple. It's not my biggest insecurity bit I have noticed I look exclusively tired lol. I don't wear makeup often but even when I do I can't even cover it with concealer very well
Oh no, purple sounds like it's your blood vessels showing through. Unfortunately skin care can't do too much about that. But try a yellow colour corrector before you apply concealer. (Colour theory - yellow cancels out purple). Also worth trying facial massage or gua sha in case it's due to congestion and lymph blockages. :)

Haha I have done drunk skin care. Still managed to take makeup off. Think mine used to consistent of face wipes, oil based face wash for eye makeup. A basic cleanser, then sleepily drunkenly rubbing mosituriser into face until dozed off. I think I paid more attention to skin at times as I'd enjoy the facial massage part😃
