    Thanks so much for this. I’m just getting into a bunch of different guitarists 18 months into playing. Heard this was a good solo to learn. My first full note for note solo thanks to this lesson. Really made a difference.

Many viewers may not be aware that with TH-cam you can click the 'gear,' icon, (settings), in the lower right and slow down the video by several different variations that allow for playing along while not at full recorded speed. Just a heads up in the event everyone doesn't know. Great job on the video BTW. Thanks so much!

    Awesome, I’m having trouble with the double stop slides around the 1:00 mark, Anybody with any suggestions would be appreciated. I am picking the double stop strings e and b in this order, starting at the 2-note 12 sliding down, 10 sliding up, 12 sliding down, 10 sliding up, and then ending with 10 no slide. In other words, I’m only plucking the two strings on the frets in sequence as follows 12th, 10th, 12th, 10th, and 10th.

     @Guitarist View any chance you could put the whole tab pdf up on the web somewhere and put a link to it here? There are a gazillion tabs for this solo out there and none of them exactly match yours, which SOUNDS perfect to me! My style is to print the tab and listen/watch the video and learn section by section - it's hard to do from the screen when it keeps changing as the video plays - thanks for considering that suggestion - otherwise, awesome job!

    This is fantastic and as a newbie I can now play a complete song thanks to this. One question (for anyone really), after some of the bends I see a number in paranthesis (12) or (9)-what is that number?

    • @GuitaristView
      @GuitaristView  4 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      You’ll notice that the number before the (12) is always a 10. So you bend the string at the 10th fret one whole step so it reaches the tone of the 12th fret. I use TablEdit for the tabs and that’s how that program works, not the way I would normally write a string bend but it’s a free program. Thanks for your support.

      one. That's how I learnt to play it in one day.
