Just now catching this episode. It got buried under all those damn shorts you guys like to throw at us on the YT channel 😂. Capt. Esposito is an absolute warrior and I really appreciate hearing his story. So much value in his message of personal resilience and professional excellence. Thank you for a great episode.
Ones Ready -… it would be a blessing to aim an episode at the effect / impact / importance of an outside “support network” for those in the pipeline … we all need to know how important our contact with them is while they pour everything they have into a vision For what it’s worth … I’m sure that almost all individuals who make it through the insanity that is this pipeline …. Are used to taking care of people that are close to and around them … it’s quite a change when they themselves need the help / support … Hearing ways we can build them up / and ways we can unfortunately break them down could be a blessing This was inspired by laughing at the message he left his parents … can COMPLETELY relate to those parents : )
Great episode !! I loved it , can we get another SR episode if you don’t mind ?

Love the face-to-face Interviews, just don't let Aaron in one until he gets a barber to straighten that disaster out.
