I was in Physical Therapy for a neck issue and the PT used a neck decompression device that was much larger and automated. It would decompress neck and back depending on how they set it up. I had such good results that I told him I wanted one for my home as a joke. A week later, He gave me one of the devices you just demonstrated that he ordered for me through the major medical portion of my health insurance. It didn't cost me anything. I've been using it at home, as needed, for five years. The device works great and is simple to use. It's worth checking your insurance before purchasing one.

I thought that cervical traction was dangerous quackery ... until I tried it. After 8 sessions (at the chiropractor), the numbness/tingling in my left hand, and pain in my left arm and upper back, was gone!

I feel like I'm cheating my physical theraputist... Then again she's seeing who knows how many people in that public clinic, so I can have some fun too

I bought my Saunders Traction from EBay. A local equipment store was not ordering them because of payment problems. My doctor guided me through the setup for my neck. Don't use this without guidance.

Hey guys, great channel appreciate your lessons. Question on the Saunders device, do you know why there is a wedge shape to it? Is it designed to work the thoracic as well with that angle of head being lifted like that?

Their whole youtube channel is just a great serendipitous homage to the 90's TV talk shows.

I have an arthritic neck and chronic back pain. I can’t afford these devices but I’ll put these devices on my wishlist.
