Guys, I can't thank you enough. Ruptured C6 C7 a year and a half ago. Have been in pain and couldn't feel my right pointer finger ever since. Thought I would never be able to feel it again. Tweaked my neck again two days ago and the pain was almost as bad as when I first ruptured the disc. I was desperate and found your video. Followed the exercises last night and immediately felt relief. Very little pain today and felt feeling in my finger tip for the first time in a year and a half. I can't thank you guys enough. For anybody reading, follow their instructions to the word. I feel like there is a light at the end of the tunnel.

I have also been watching my posture and using my phone leveled to my face . Thank you so much for your great video . I have searches 100s of videos and this is by far the most effective video .

By day 2 of this therapy, I've nearly cleared up a decade-long neck problem. I went to a chiropractor about a year and a half ago, and my neck was leaning way off to the right. There weren't major complications, just aching. After six appointments, I started having nerve problems and lightning pains all down my left side. I quit going and tried to let it clear up on its own. I've been treating my arm and leg for the past year and a half, which has mitigated pain, but it kept returning. These exercises, and specifically the use of the towel roll to shift tissue around, all of my pain, including some eye pain I've had for nearly 5 years, have all nearly cleared up in just two days. I'm going to keep doing this. Thank you guys so much.

I just did day one (I am planning to do these exercises daily and with caution) and I already feel much more motion in my right shoulder, the right side of my face is no longer droopy, i have more good sensation in my neck and it doesnt feel stiff, and as for walking, my foot doesn't hurt as much so i am feeling optimistic. OMG life saving! I've been in massive pain from a bulging disc in C6-7 and a perineural cyst, same area, for 5 days. I feel like I'm pretty tough when it comes to pain but this? Knocked me for a loop and brought me to tears. Pain in my neck, to my shoulder and chest, and down my right arm to all my fingertips. My doctor only referred me to a neurosurgeon (who I haven't heard from yet). I did these stretches you recommended and knock on wood, so far so good! Pain isn't gone but has subsided enough that I can think straight! My daughter's wedding is next weekend and I'm starting to think all will be well by then. Thank you! Thank you! Thank you!

I've had a bulging disc in my neck for 26 years now. This past year has been the most symptomatic by far. Numbness, tingling and pain in my left arm, shoulder and shoulder blade. I'm so glad I found this video. I laid flat on the floor and slung the towel around the back of my neck, just under my ears, and pulled like you demonstrated. The second time I did this I heard a sound like a knuckle cracking, and the pain has reduced. Thanks Bob and Brad. This isn't the first time you've helped me out.

Here is what I did and my c5-c7 were almost completely touching with arm weakness, tingling, headaches and 3 herniation's. 1. I stopped all irritating exercise like tennis and static stability holds and bought a saunders home traction unit off ebay. I started it at less than 10 lbs of force and did 2 minutes on and 1 minute off and worked up to 25 minutes 2x a day over the course of several weeks. 2. I then have continued to increase the pressure and tolerance until I was able to pump the unit to around 35-40lbs which gets at the lower discs. Higher pressures are needed to pull those discs apart and rehydrate them. 3. I continue now to increase the pressures until no more benefit is seen which took 2 months and now I am close to maintenance. 4. At 6 week mark I was able to place my hands behind my neck fingers overlaying each other and gently do 50 reps of flexon and extension in very short movements which creates a burning in the back and front of the neck and helps to heal the discs. I do this in the shower every day. 4. Don't let anyone tell you this is a death sentence.

(My chiro didnt know what caused it, nor did the PT guy i went to) Fast forward to 4 months ago, started having right shoulder blade pain and top of shoulder into curve of neck pain. Then woke one morning with pain radiating down into arm and hand. Ive had MRI and was told I have bulging neck disc. I was already in PT and learned the towel and neck hang but from laying position which was better for me. I was put on Prednisone for inflammation and Hydrocodone for pain. I start PT again in week. thanks for posting these exercises

I have suffered with a knife like pain in my lower right shoulder blade area for years. I've had neck x-rays and back x-rays they looked good according to the doctor. He's just been giving me muscle relaxers and anti inflammatory meds that kind of mask it, but it's never fixed it. I'm pretty sure now it's a neck issue. Most times if I sit with perfect posture, the pain is nil, but if I tilt my head towards my chest, the pain under my shoulder ramps up. Same in a number of other positions. Pretty much tilting my head away from the troubled shoulder is the only way I can move without the pain ramping up while in that position. :(

The pain is so severe, it feels as if someone is choking you, and you get the sensation that your head is going to explode. I tried just one of their exercises and it has helped. I also couldn’t open my mouth fully without pain, it’s now better. Thank you

I have slipped disc, i had severe pain, one thing that helped greatly is sleeping on my back while in an arch position, meaning the abdomen being the highest point, think of it as sleeping on a convex shape, adjust the angle of elevation as you see fit, I'm not a professional and this might not work for everyone but it was the only way i could sleep from the unbearable pain, now i'm almost pain free and have i have started sleeping on a hard flat foam.Exercise helps greatly at this stage.

I was frustrated and terrified of thinking the advanced treatment and possible surgery. Then I found your video and I am doing these exercises from last three days. I got great relief. Thank you and God bless. Now if you see this comment I have few doubts
    1. I still have pain on my shoulders and upper back randomly. What can I do to completely get rid of the pain?
2.Can I do these exercises on daily basis even after the pain goes off to avoid the Reoccurance. Please reply.

Thanks guys. :) I had been misdiagnosed with a tendon injury in my shoulder and, eventually it was so bad, I'd "lost" the function of my arm. After a painful nerve conduction study they finally figured it out the source is two pinches in my cervical spine. The local PT was still not helping (they were still focused on my shoulder for some reason) and they ended up sending me for steroid shots. I was fine for 5 or 6 months and it happened *again* and they sent me for shots again. It was unsustainable and miserable. By watching your videos I figured out how to prevent it with stretches and by ditching my pillow.

Thank you so much. I have herniated disks with degeneration in my cervical area affecting c3 thru c7 as well as spina bifida and scoliosis. I am very overweight no job and no insurance. I've been heavily sedated months on end on generic flexril 3× daily and 6 gabapentin daily. I also have a damaged nerve in my brain that affects my balance from a virus a few years ago. I was told by a specialist that I do need surgery but its not a option for me because of my financial situation. I used to be a marathon runner and weight lifter and extremely fit. I look at myself now and its very upsetting to me and I don't want to continue down this path. I came across your video and it is given me hope for improvement. I will start these today. Thank you both so much for making these videos to help people. I am so excited to get started. Shalom

      @forreal399 6 ปีที่แล้ว +1

@@whyGoogle I am in constant pain 24/7 and sometimes I just don't know how I'm going to make it another minute. I am doing the exercises as best can and they help a little so far. I took myself of the gabapentin because I can't stand being drugged. I am taking naproxen but trying not to take them very much. I'm just not one to take medication. I am vegan and not using any oils or avacados or inflammatory foods doing about 70 to 90% raw and the rest of veggies dry sauteed. No nuts and very little seeds and no peanuts. Overall, the vegan lifestyle for me is very rewarding and I believe will eventually lead me into overall better health as I want to eat to live and not live to eat. Even though I am struggling right now I just know somehow the situation with my cervical spine problems will eventually get corrected. I know we all go thru these types of times in our lives for a multitude of reasons and we must embrace them, grow in a positive direction and move forward to the next challenge. Thank you for caring and allowing me a place to express my life. Many blessings to all.🙏💗🙋 Shalom.

If your having pain in your upper and mid thoracic ( shoulder blade area) do not do these exercises! The chin tuck is okay , but the exercises where you move your head back cause more compression on your discs and can pinch the nerves that are already aggravated! I had reallyyyyyy bad pain after doing this, not the first day, but after. I hope this helps someone!

thank you very much for spreading healthy lifestyle without pain, for free. For years I had neck pain and recently it began to move to my shoulders, arms, and, fingers. Recently I was diagnosed with severe cervical herniated discs and the reason for this disease was that I made neck crepitus to a daily destructive habit for years when I was a teenager. One of my greatest concerns is that some people may unknowingly follow this terrible habit and found themselves like me. I watched one of your videos about it but I think this issue must be stressed strongly, because cracking the neck and hurting it has the potentiality to become a menacing psychological habit that leads to a life full of pain.

thank you for asking 😊 I'm doing quite well, actually. I've adopted a comprehensive routine focused on strengthening my shoulder and neck muscles. This routine includes Isometric Neck Exercises and other beneficial activities such as shoulder squeezes, planking, and various yoga poses. From what I understand, strengthening the muscles that support the neck and shoulders is crucial for pain prevention. It helps distribute the physical stress more evenly, reducing the strain on the neck and the surrounding nerves. This approach is not only effective in building muscle resilience but also in maintaining overall spinal health.@@22-abqariyahyakheen59

Looking forward to continue carrying these excercises.
