Great walk through and appreciate the detail. What brand of kayak trailer is that? I am having a hard time finding one with 65+mph rated tires. Thanks.
So what exactly is the master power button for? Just turning off everything? Lights, batteries etc? And how did you wire that to the rest to turn everything off?
Sun glare, it isn't horrible with the screen by itself, but I do have tempered glass screen protectors on them and they make the glare pretty bad if not using the visors
Great site! Good solid information! Thanks for your Garmin tips as well. You have an excellent ability to convey clear details! Your kayak setup looks both 1st class yet fits a small boat. So many sacrifice options and capabilities.....just because they are in a small craft. You help with my selections.....! just jim
Nice, I have master power switches for the battery banks in the kayak yes 👍 Would hate to have them drained accidentally when I'm trying to launch and get out
Alex, I just bought a livescope with the 34 for ice fishing. Any idea if that would work or how well it would work while trolling? I do alot of bottom bouncing so obviously trolling but didn’t know if the livescope would work while moving
Thanks, I understand for sure man, stuff adds up quick! I am planning on doing some simpler setups & no electronics trips this year too, should be fun!

Alex, why do you use visors for your 8610 units, if Garmin claims the 8600 series is perfect to see at any angle and bright sun conditions?
Sun glare, it isn't horrible with the screen by itself, but I do have tempered glass screen protectors on them and they make the glare pretty bad if not using the visors

I appreciate that! Glad it was helpful, much, much more to come!
Idk how you get that ram ball mount to stay steady. I have one too and even at 1mph it won’t star straight and I lock that sucker down good
What size ram ball are you using? I am using the size D ball (2.25"). Any of the smaller sizes didn't work well for me either.
Nice! Where did you get your shade screen covers?
They are BerleyPro Visors and they are awesome! at.fish/BerleyProSunVisors
So I just ordered the summit transducer arm for my kayak (your old one) Should I use the 6” or 9” mount?
Are you talking about the Ram mount arm length?
@@AlexTimm Yes.
Whatever length will veg it from your track to vertically being able to go down the side of your kayak, I used the 9"
Where can i get that remote control arm
What batteries you using to run this behemoth? 😂
Man, very impressive rig!!! Got a quick question, what did you happen to use to tighten down the cross bar mounts to the track system.
Isn’t it difficult to cast and work a fish with a setup like this?
Not at all actually! It is a lot of fun!
Do you have a on/off switch for the boxes
Which boxes?
I have 2 93sv on my kayak thru a yak power system. So turn my box off .
Nice, I have master power switches for the battery banks in the kayak yes 👍 Would hate to have them drained accidentally when I'm trying to launch and get out
Dang need to get on that bang team
Heck yeah!
Do you have any ideal when steady scope will be available
how big are the screens?
10", they are Garmin GPSMAP 8610XSV screens
May be a stupid question but are the screens fully waterproof in case of a capsize ?
Nice set up. In your opinion, is the upgrade LVS 34 worth it if you already have a LVS 32?
Alex, I just bought a livescope with the 34 for ice fishing. Any idea if that would work or how well it would work while trolling? I do alot of bottom bouncing so obviously trolling but didn’t know if the livescope would work while moving
WHAT IS AVAILBILITY OF STEADY SCOPE ?
Do you fish or do you just look and video fish?
Your going to catch on fire out there
Nice setup, but the electronics alone costs more than my.....never mind. Love your content man.

Can you please win me a old Town autopilot in the fishing tournament. Please
That would be nice!!
@@AlexTimm can you help me win one for me please
It would be like a dream come true for me
God dammmmm
It's a great setup!
