    Also, it is easily wiped out as it’s water proof. You just use a towel or baby wipes. Yes, it gets super soaked inside, you wont believe how much you can possibly sweat in those things.

    The sauna blanket is for detox and overall health benefits including potential longevity. Just like a sauna or steam shower. It’s releases heat shock proteins when the body is placed under the heat stress according to my wife. She uses it religiously and she is healthy so I dont argue. But ya, not ideal for recovery but used right after a training session it could be viewed as just an extention of the stress of a ride. It does get the heart rate up. And for us 50+ with a resting heart rate of 42 and a max of 161 and an FTP of 335 with a V02 Max of 56 and 67 max pushups we need all the help we can get!! Cheers fellas.
