Our band did support slots for them many moons ago. One night they were doing their last UK private gig en route to Spain. All great ladies. But my personal highlight was Enid Williams doing the gig using my full Trace Elliot rig. Cherished memory. Only wish I had some photos. Enid, wow. She’s a proper Musician. 😍

I saw them with Iron Maiden and Scorpions in..... well hell, sometime in the early to mid 80s. It was a general admission show. We got there a bit late, the show had just started and it was packed, but for some silly reason everyone was still in the seats and the aisles were empty, so Barry and I just ran down the center aisle and got right in front of the stage, when people saw us do that they flooded the aisles. It was a great show, all the band were in the prime, but Scorpions just blew the doors off the place.

This is first band that I ever saw live, they supported Motorhead on the Overkill tour in 1979, they were great but I didn't realise that there would be a support band and I couldn't understand why Motorhead had all of a sudden become girly and high pitched....... :/

中学の時に初めて出会ったメタルが、このガールスクールです。（私にとってはディープパープルよりも前）
当時は情報も少なく新聞でヘヴィメタル、そしてこのバンドを知りました。
あまり深追いはしていませんので、知識としては乏しいですが、当時買ったモーターヘッドとのコラボのレコード（カセット）は何百回も聴きました。
約４０年ぶりにTH-camで聴きました。色々検索すると、当時大好きだったケリーさんが２００４年頃に５０歳前で亡くなったと・・。
当時洋楽の女性ボーカルで好きだったジョーンジェット、パットベネター、そしてケリーさん。他の方もお元気かどうかは存じあげませんが、当時は本当に皆さんの曲を聴いて元気をもらいました。
その後パンクにハマり、今も８０年代邦楽ハードコアで思考停止していますが、当時好きだった曲は今聴いてもカッコええです。
２０年も経ってしまいましたが、謹んで R.I.P．
