Lol...this video is as useful as the number 9 on a microwave. I came here because it doesn't turn on. The video is filled with options of shutting down the laptop first or switching accounts 😂
Tried for whole day, looked into many videos nothing worked. As I tried again watching your video. Did work. Many thanks. I liked and subscribed! From India
I wanted to factory reset my MacBook Air, so I clicked on the factory reset option. it starts to reset but suddenly the screen went black and the mac won't turn on. I tried turning on and everything but even the apple logo doesn't appear, I pressed all the keyboard keys and power button, still not working. What should I do with this kind of problem?
Hi there, thank you for your question! Perform a hard reset, press and hold your power button for fifteen seconds, then release. Wait a few seconds, then try to power on again. If that doesn't work I would recommend taking it to the apple store for further assistance.
@@RecoveritDataRecoverySoftware I fixed it by connecting it to another Mac and then i pressed the DFU keys after that the restore and other options pop up on the other Mac, so I clicked restore and that did the trick. The key was to use another mac in my case, but thanks for the solution and recommendation😊
Cool. MacBook won't turn on. Solution, first turn it off? Solution, turn it on and press keys when it turns on. 😅. How about renaming to MacBook won't boot..
Hi there, thank you for your question. To troubleshoot such a problem, here are some steps you can take: Check the Power: Make sure the MacBook has sufficient power. Connect it to the charger and ensure the charger is functional. Wait for a while to see if the battery icon appears. Reset SMC (System Management Controller): For MacBooks with non-removable batteries: Shut down your MacBook. Plug in the MagSafe adapter or USB-C charger. Hold down the Shift, Control, Option, and Power keys on the left side of the built-in keyboard, then press the power button simultaneously. Release all keys and the power button. Press the power button again to turn on your MacBook. For MacBooks with removable batteries, the process is different, and you may need to consult Apple's support for guidance. Reset NVRAM/PRAM: Turn off your MacBook. Turn it on and immediately press and hold the Option, Command, P, and R keys together for about 20 seconds. Your MacBook will restart. Release the keys and check if it boots properly.
Hi there, thank you for your question! I would recommend trying a power cycle by turning off your Mac by pressing and holding the power button for 10 seconds then after turn your mac back on hold down the command and R key. Make sure that the power source is working, make sure your device is properly connected to power and make sure all your peripherals are disconnected.
Hi there, thank you for your question! If you can't enter recovery mode and its completely unresponsive I would recommend taking it to a professional for further assistance.
Hi there, thank you for your question! Start by checking the power connection and trying a different outlet. If that doesn’t work, reset the SMC by holding Shift + Control + Option and the power button for 10 seconds, then release and try powering on. You can also try Safe Mode by holding the Shift key while pressing the power button or reset the PRAM/NVRAM by holding Option + Command + P + R after powering on, holding until you hear two chimes. Lastly, check for any physical damage to the charging port or other components. If none of those work I would recommend taking it to a professional.
