Bob & Brad update on my hamstring injury and using the Askling Protocol(think it's called that). Those therapy exercises really are helping. My pain has reduced significantly. I'M almost fully healed. Going to do them for another week. As to not re-injure. Thank you. So grateful for this channel.

Great info, have had a complete rotator tear, tendon tear, shredded bicep, inverted bone spur and arthritis removed in the right shoulder with nerve damage . I need that walker, I've got to have 2 knee replacements and have chronic shoulder , back and neck problems with nerve damages. Wow that would be a godsend .

Thanks for the fantastic advice! I was diagnosed with Bursitis in both my shoulders about a year ago.
Have been getting cortisone injections every 3 months with minimal success. I did your pain test, Taped up both my shoulders with strips of duct tape. Have had the best nights sleep in years!
Maybe I can even do something today.
Now, I wish I could take care of my back in the same manner!
    Thanks guys!

My problem is when the doc, or PT do the tests, I don't really have (much) pain or decreased ROM. But then that night, I'm in a lot of pain. I'm so used to ignoring pain so that I don't disrupt my life.

Just bought a booyah stick tonight. Need to increase my range of motion in both my shoulders from occupational disability as a rural mail carrier for the past 30 years!! I tore and stretched everything possible and hips too.

It's the one I need! Especially for going around my garden & paddocks. I wonder if you have any specific advice for compression fracture of the T10, 11? The lower ones seem to have stabilised, but a year on, I still can't walk unsupported, stand for more than a few seconds hands free & like your wife, Brad, not only can I not sleep on my right side (I rotated the pelvis, too) but I can't sleep on the left either - all so exhausting. It feels as if my ribs are grating on my hips - the joy!! Thanks for all the great advice...

Recommend rounding the edges of the tape to prevent it peeling. Also, you really shouldn't touch the tape with your fingers when applying as the oils from your fingers reduce the stickiness of the tape. Use the backing tape to help you hold the tape as you apply.

I have a bad AC ( arthritis ) and I broke my Humorous right at the shoulder joint and cannot do anything . It is terrible. I cannot touch my other shoulder or anything on the other side of my body. My left side AC I had removed a few years back. It hurts to sleep on it but I can use it pretty good

Thank you Bob and Brad! I've had both rotator cuffs repaired, then 11 months later, my body was rejecting the deep deltoid stitches, made of kevlar, removed. My right shoulder, where they bones connect at then to, are very bony. The left is not. Does that mean something is wrong? Also, both shoulders had acromioplasty. What are your thoughts please? I also suspect a right hip labral tear. So very painful!

Oh this I have to try!! H/ever where can we buy the kenisio tape r is it something that has to b prescribed? Now if it is a prescription is there something that you could recommend to use in its place? I have been in so much pain with my R arm/shoulder. My pain started down in the mid arm just at the end of the deltoid. I've had it for a year plus. N oh yes I lay on that side n hard bot to. I understand your wife on that. But I will try the other side of bed. Laying on it definitely makes it hurt. I also have a knot in that spot on the top of shoulder there where u show the plate RA mod to servere. I have had my L shoulder replaced about 4 yrs ago. I surely wish I would have found you 2 b4 I did that. I am disabled n my spine is shot!!! I have lost so many of my disc. The MRI'a show this n i have vertebrae bones rubbing on each other I also have a chuck of bone out of 1 of the vertabrae's n i have 2 slits in the sheath covering that shows up on MRI. Plus buldging, protruding n more. So I pray that I can find the tape n it will work for me. Please advise where to buy tape. N a side note Bob n Brad--------- thank you so very much for all you do n show us. You help so many people who cant afford a doctor these days! I'm on Medicare n can go to doctor but my problem is now days doctors argue over whose job to et auth for the MRI r xray. Back when I nursed in the office the specialist would order something be it a xray MRI colonoscopy whatever n if the patient's insurance needed authorization the primary would get the auth. I e been trying for 2 years to get MRI'S done which the specialist ordered 2 times. I have had several spine surgeries n the insurance came back n said I needed to do xray 1st. I myself even sent the last MRI to them no help. I have never seen it so hard to get approval. Nor a doctor argue n tell a patient that it's the specialist job to get auth done. What a joke on this primary doctor. I'm definitely getting a new primary whose not afraid to work. If he thought about it he would realize that it is the primary place so that the primary would have a copy of patients record!!! At any rate thank you guys so much! You do touch lives n I'm sure the LORD will be kind to you! N the giveaways you guys do are awesome n thank you!!!

How can you tell the difference between nerve damage / pinched nerve, and tendon damage. My shoulder was stressed by excessive weight being lifted at chest level and having to ease the weight down to the ground without damaging what it was, I was taking off a rather high truck bed.
It was severely sore and required weeks of ice packs just to get the shoulder muscle and upper chest muscle to relax, and the very tip of my shoulder pretty much where you guys are showing on this video was sore for a long time later.
My problem a couple of months latter all of a sudden from sleeping on my right side, the left stressed should has become chronic in pain, but even more strange is a pain coming from my lower shoulder muscle like it's coming out from by bicep.
This is why I'm wondering if it isn't nerve damage since the initial soreness has long since gone away and now, how I have always slept, is beginning to hurt me in the same shoulder and lower arm bicep area. If I get up so the arm is hanging down the pain seems to go away after awhile, but there seems to always be that one point in the bicep that is like a dull pain always.

Hey,guys! I have a complete tear of the SST in my upper left arm. I can't lift the arm at all, although I can pick it up with my right hand. (It's been that way for years now.) The orthos at the hospital decided surgery wasn't worth the risk - I have a-fib & CHF. Any ideas on how I could rebuild the connection? TIA, Keren

Love you guys!! I somehow pinch a nerve in my neck/shoulders which resulted in horrible nerve pain going down the inside of my right arm, going all the way into my my thumb, pointer finger and middle finger. I think the worse could be over, however I STILL cannot sleep on that shoulder. It kills me. Any suggestions??

Yes it should be fine unless your skin easily tears, then you are going to want to test it with a very small piece before using too much.
