Lesson learned!!! I hope.
That face jay z made was so fuckingg funnyy 😂😂😂
Charlamagne is incredible at making himself the villain in every single story. I could hate whoever you talk about SO MUCH and yet, when Charlamagne talks to them, I instantly hate him more. It's a talent, honestly.
I first saw him on an interview about anxiety disorders and mental health. He acts like the voice of reason outside of his show, but acts like an egotistical foo on his show where his reputation is formed. So odd.
For real! You see him on the Daily Show and stuff like that and he's been pretty even keel, but he's a complete headass on the Breakfast Club.@@miaknig3130
Lil mama didn’t deserve to be blackballed. It wasn’t that serious.
Right.
Its JayZ last official song before he quit his mainstream rap career. It was an homage song to the city that gave him his empire. It was a sendoff performance for him and this lil girl ruined it for him. It was a very personal to JayZ and it got ruined by her trying to wedge herself into the spotlight and the performance.
@@sparda9060 Still doesn't justify wrecking her whole career
@@sparda9060who tf cares? Man keeps coming back like a disease to out out his crusty soundwaves every year. he needs chapstick, some mints amd to try not to cheat on beyonce
@@incogn3gr0she did that herself by walking up on stage like that.
Thank you. Watching this journey gives me some admiration and respect for her, which I didn't expect because I wasn't paying attention until now.
I'm glad that she will be using her whole name and going forward.
Awww so that's where the "lil mama crying meme" comes from omg now I feel bad. I was lmao rewatching certain bits the whole time, now for the first time I feel bad
That lipgloss song stays in my head lol she really didn’t deserve so much hate hope nothing but the best for her
It was my ring back tone for awhile as a teenager 😂
It’s back in my head now haha
@@Kellierose91 Same!! XD
imagine blackballing someone at 18 when you already have it all
That part!
Fr. What a "man" JayZ is. He should know first hand how hard it is musically for a black person.
@@HooLeePhucingSheetshe done that to herself.
I'm not a big Jay Z fan and I liked Lil Mama when she was popular, but I don't think he told people not to work with her. Everyone saw what she did. No one needed to ask Jay Z for recommendations. She got boo'ed at Webster Hall, which was a popular club in NYC. Jay Z didn't tell the audience to do that. Her fate was a result of her actions.
She ant the only one JayZ destroyed he took out a lot of people I order to get to the top
She wasn't black balled officially but lot of people weren't trying to work with her after that incident. In the end her talent could never measure up to her pride and belief in herself.
Dude, good video. Subed!
Watching Beyoncé try to stop lil mama from going on that stage 😂 y’all had the queen SHOOKETH 😂😂
she was like dont dont dont. but she wouldnt listen and she was like "your funeral girl."
She offended the gods and like in all Greek tragedies, paid the price.
She knows the wrath of upsetting Jayz
@@carriemyers7209you guys are weird lol she just didn’t want the young lady to embarrass herself… like she went on to do…
Who cares about her divorcing and demonic
😂 2009 was a hell of a year
It really was! Last of an era
Taylor Swift was looking forward to winning a VMA her whole life? ...boy bye.
It’s March 14th, 2023 and she just posted a video yesterday about it. This is STILL affecting her 15 years later.
Whatever JayZ did to her, it was definitely an overkill. She was a silly 19-year-old, so fucking what.
If JayZ were such a major character, he wouldn't have been so petty about the incident. Ridiculous.
What makes it even worse for me, is the fact JayZ was crying about it like he was an actual victim. She just got on a stage, she shouldn't have. That's it, she didn't deserve all that hate.
@@Ninnjette-I get it but you don’t crash someone’s stage & as a music artist she knew that.
@@McHottihow many 18-year-olds do stupid stuff? 50 jumped on stage at a Jay-Z concert out of turn no backlash at all. They bullied this little girl. Her hot 100 page is non-existent 😮! That's crazy.
@@Ninnjette- He was asked a question and he answered it and I bet that he didn't have to even lift a finger. All the yes people around him who wanted to reman in his good books would have done the dirty work
@@McHottinah, I don’t think she knew that tbh. Years prior to this, she did the same thing but on a much smaller scale since it was with a more underground artist. I just think she wasn’t that bright tbh.
Let’s be honest, Lil Mama is the only reason we remember this performance 🤷🏾♀️
You had to be young then or something, because that song was the hottest song of the summer that year.
@@informativeclassics I said performance… not song 😁
