    Jen Hillman & Cole Chance as well as all of the crew involved w/ Yoga Tx.. You guys are awesome.. ! Each one of you has your own unique teaching style and are all very knowledgeable in the practice of Yoga. I have a high amount of respect for you and I appreciate the work and effort in sharing this better way of life. I have practiced for 8 years-went through a bad breakup & got out of my routine a bit -you all helped me find myself again and it's been a blessing !     This is my every Tuesday workout. Has been for 2 years now. Used to be my breath was not long enough to match the poses, but now it is. My body has changed as well. This is a good one!

    I'm just a beginner and I did my best to follow along. I enjoy yoga because it doesn't take that tiring exertion out of my body that normal exercise does.

    Did a morning energising workout this morning and followed with this straight away so I could be done for the day.. Think I pushed myself too much so came back to this later, got through and was sweating so much! I prefer working out like this rather then doing intense Cadio. Thank you Jen x

    pfiouuhh day 2 week 2... this yoga so refreshing,, it was hard for abs section and personally i hard to stay still when do half elbows, Can u give me a tips for that? oh yeah how to respire when we do yoga? it should be when inhale to pull out ur belly and exhale to pull in ur belly?

    day two!! I got sweaty. haha. Only thing I was unhappy about was I'm having trouble doing the ab exercises at the end in this one. Is there a way to modify these? I have a very unstable pelvis area after having my daughter, and I can feel my hips digging so hard into the floor that I just cant do it.

      I bend my legs like in Pilates instead of straight because I am not that strong yet.

      Animesh Tiwari Men's and women's bodies aren't so different that different workouts cause them to lose weight. I'm a man and I've been enjoying this workout series. To be fair I haven't lost any weight but I'm definitely getting more toned.

    I think these series of yoga is truly great, but omg i cant hear my own mind- like she talks too much through exercise and that makes the workout uneven .
