It's been 2 weeks since I first did this. Now my core has got strong enough to do an exercise I have struggled with (a window wiper on a pull-up bar) and to be able to do it with ease. Thank you. :--)

I think I missed the intensity bc I was struggling to keep my lower back on the ground. Either that or I’m a lot more buff than I thought lol thanks!! 😘
I didn't realised it's not for beginners until you mentioned it, but I still had a pretty fun time doing it! Thank you! I just wanted to ask if we are supposed to hold our breath during the counts, or breathe out during each count! The former feels too slow while the latter feels too fast!

Oh I notice your head didn’t move, I think that will help to keep the spinal connection to the floor
