      I dont know if you two actually read these comments. ** The person who asked you if Kim is your daughter was just trying to use "age shaming". My woman is half my age and we sometimes get these people who feel the need to judge us. 8:48 Surprisingly, the people who do this are not always women. The thing most men don't realize or won't admit is that we are wired to be attracted to women in their twenties and thirties. It's biological. We are biologically attracted to women in the childbearing years. Men, there is no shame in pursuing women of childbearing years. We are comfortable in our own skin, confident, and stable in our careers. Women are attracted to us. Embrace it, be proud of it.

    First off thank you for your great content. Being home bound due to illness is not fun and your content has helped me to see what is involved with flying, single pilot operation and the chance to see what a beautiful world we live in. I remember when Lucy was around and how much she feared being in the air. When I relationship ends it’s always hard but it has lead to something more beautiful and fantastic which is Kim. I think Kim has really added and brightened your life in a amazing way Chris. I truly feel you both are great together and that their is a mutual understanding and respect for each other. I can also see the love you have for each other which is great to see in a time we live in where relationships are extremely hard with the pressure of the roles of men and women are supposed to be changing so much. . I hope that one day Chris in your time decide to get on one knee and ask Kim to marry you. Kim has a heart of gold and I can see that. Forgive me if I offended you both with my my words but I know in my heart you too will have a great life together and face any problems you have head on with support for each other. Please don’t forget also to make God primary in your relationship. He is a great and wonderful God that will love, guide and direct you both. If you don’t know Jesus Christ please read the Book of John in the New Testament KJV Bible. Pay close attention to chapter three. God bless you Chris and Kim! Have a great life together and please be safe in this crazy world we live in.

    For anyone wondering why people do these timestamp comments. I don't think I could pin it down to a single answer. I don't do it often but when I do, it satisfies some part of my brain. Neuroses or an OCD thing? I don't know, "I felt like it" is the best answer I can give. It's probably been a year since the last time I did timestamps.
    I guarantee there's people out there that do these because they "need to" for some reason. If I had to guess, "creating order" is pleasing and comforting to some people. I'm one of those people - occasionally. I don't feel compelled to do it, though some may. Once in a while I get the itch. This is one of those times.
    Side Note - Going back and verifying that every single time code is accurate and includes relevant context is absolutely a neuroses thing. "If I'm gonna do it, I'm gonna do it PERFECT!!!"

    July 7th --- extremely cheap gas. Ours here is just short of $6/gallon --- unless you get it at elite locations like Signature or Atlantic --- then add another $1-2 per gallon.
    $3.59???? outrageously cheap. Same with your hangar (and you probably get electricity and HVAC with that and no leaks or animals (birds, rabbits, raccoons, mice, ...) .....

    • @ginacalabrese3869
      @ginacalabrese3869 3 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      The have electricity but definitely no air conditioning at the public owned airport hangars down here. It would cost more than the rent. Depending on the location there can be a decent waiting list for the hangars because of how reasonable the cost is. Heat isn't really needed since it only gets decently cold here for a few weeks and to us that's in the 40F range. A propane heater or small portable air conditioner if you really need it works well while you're there working on the plane.

    Question for you, let’s say you have $50k in the bank for either continuing training or buying a 172, a Cherokee, a 150, etc.. small entry level trainer. And you also have commercial single engine & instrument already, just over 300 hours TT, and 1/2 way done with multi add-on. Would you spend the money on buying a plane to build time & possibly instruct in when you get CFI, or continue renting until you had CFI/II/MEI done? Ultimate end goal is to fly for a living, 91, 121, 135, doesn’t matter, I have a stable career of 21 years, so if I bought a plane instructing would be a side job. Thoughts?

    While I won't say anything bad about Lucy, I do believe Kim has been an absolutely wonderful asset to your channel and brings something Lucy never did. I wish many happy years together for you two. I would honestly be heartbroken if anything ever caused her to no longer be a part of the channels. Even now, the videos of you alone just aren't the same without her in the mix.

      So what's the OnlyFans link for the videos slobbering all over you though? Lol.

    Interesting. I didn`t know you are Citation 500 and 650 rated. I flew the 550 on 2600 ft strips in northern Norway on ambulance missions. With a reduced weight to 12500 lbs. Interesting operations. We also did intercontinal operations with the 650 all the way to Los Angeles from Oslo, Norway.Allthough with stops it was a fantastic experience. A question for you. Our registration lettters for Norway is LN. We got several ATC reactions to that, as it seems to be the same as your air force call sign. Can you explain why?

    I’m a private pilot with complex, high performance, instrument rating for single engine airplane. Have not flown in 5 years. How would you recommend getting current.

      First just go up with a CFI on a good VFR day. Do some steep turns and s few landings before even worrying about instrument stuff. Of course watch more Baron Pilot videos! LOL

    Pilot math! Yes! I bought a Cherokee Six because I was tired of renting. Of course the economics don’t work, but the freedom is worth so much more!

    I guess the moral to story for cost, is to work out a rough hourly rate, and if possible, put that money away for each hour you fly. That way its there when you need it, and not trying to find it. PS love the videos. (here from Australia)

    Hi BP,
    I have turned off watching some golf tournaments because the constant droning sound of the blimp or a camera plane drove me nuts. Surely there is some sort of audio filter you can use to cut that frequency. I emailed the network about it but got no response.
