So where did you find the wire that has power while crank? Any suggestions where I can find the same wire?

It was the power wire for the distributor. I ran it back into the cab.

If I have a Kit EP381A.C delco with my stock tank would I need to run a relay box also?

If you’re using the Holley terminator to run your fuel pump and electric fans yes, if your car/truck had the fuel pump in the tank already,you can switch the pump and use the existing wiring if it’s big enough wire to run the pump and wouldn’t have to run a relay.✌️ thanks for watching
