    You can use a bread mixer to make this bread! The recipe of this bread is still very delicious.
    📎食譜 Recipe
    材料配方 Ingredients:(1個450g 吐司烤模 / 1 x 450g toast mold)
    斑斕汁Pandan juice:
    斑斕葉 10 片 / Pandan leaves 10pcs
    椰奶 140克 / Coconut milk 140g
    麵團 Dough:
    斑斕汁 135克+- / Pandan juice 135g+-
    鷄蛋 1 粒 (大約48克)/ Whole egg 1pcs (approx. 48g)
    細砂糖 30克 / Castor sugar 30g
    即溶酵母 5克 / Instant yeast 5g
    高筋麵粉 260克 / Bread flour 260g
    鹽巴 3克 / Salt 3g
    無鹽奶油 35克 / Unsalted butter 35g
    椰糖 55克 (切小塊)/ Palm sugar (Gula Melaka) 55g (cut into small pieces)
    製作步驟 Instructions :
    1.將斑斕葉和椰奶放入攪拌器里,攪碎混匀,然後用筛子取出斑斕汁。
    Put the pandan leaves and coconut milk into the blender, and mix well, then get the pandan juice through a sieve.
    2.將鷄蛋,斑斕汁,細砂糖和即溶酵母放入主鍋,以1分鐘30秒/速度1,混匀。
    Place egg, pandan juice, castor sugar and yeast into the mixing bowl, at 1 min 30sec/speed 1 to mix well.
    3.加入麵粉和鹽巴,設置3分鐘揉麵功能。
    Add bread flour and salt into the bowl, then set the kneading function for 3 minutes.
    4.加入奶油,設置揉麵功能4分鐘。
    Add butter and set the kneading function for 4 minutes.
    5.取出麵團,搓揉麵團至表面呈現光滑,并將麵團往下方摺叠的手法,形成一個光滑的圓球。將麵團放入碗中,用乾净的佈蓋上,靜置15分鐘。
    Take the dough and knead it till a smooth dough then fold it around and underneath itself shaping a smooth ball. Place the dough in a bowl, cover with a clean kitchen towel, and let it rest for 15 minutes.
    6.15分鐘后, 取出麵團,排氣,擀成長方形,然後放入椰糖。將麵團的下方稍微把它拉寬一點,然後把麵團從上捲下,捏緊收口,之後放入模具里。用乾净的佈蓋上麵團,然後放到室温於32-33攝氏度左右,發酵60分鐘或發酵到兩倍大
    After 15 minutes, take the dough, squeeze out the bubbles by tapping and flatten the dough with a rolling pin into long rectangular shape. Add palm sugar (gula melaka) on the dough and slowly and gently roll down the upper part till the end, seal it tightly, then place it in the toast mould. Cover the dough with a clean kitchen towel and let it proof for second time for about 60 minutes at 32-33°C room temperature, or until doubled in size.
    7.烤箱預熱170攝氏度,入烤箱烘烤32-35分鐘(每一台的烤箱不同,請大家自己斟酌烤箱溫度与時間)。烘烤到吐司的表面變金黃色后,蓋上錫箔紙繼續烘烤。从烤箱中取出, 輕敲幾下排出空氣, 之後將吐司轉移到凉架上晾涼。趁熱在吐司上塗抹奶油,這能增加吐司的風味。將吐司降溫涼透後再切片。完全放涼後,就可以享用吐司啦!
    Preheat the oven to 170°C, bake for 32-35 minutes (Everyone's oven is different, you may adjust the temperature and baking time based on your oven). Bake until the surface of the bread is colored with golden brown then cover with aluminium foil and continue baking. Remove the bread from the oven, tap on the table a few times to remove air bubbles then transfer to a cooling rack. Spread butter on the bread while it is hot, this will add flavor to the bread. Let the bread cool completely before slicing. After the bread completely cool down, then it’s ready to serve!
