    Parabéns! O vídeo está excelente. Útil não só para estrangeiros, mas também para quem não usa os transportes públicos há algum tempo, como é o meu caso. Como estou fora de Portugal, quando venho por Lisboa evito as máquinas do metro. Vou geralmente ao guichet. O vídeo lembrou-me das opções da máquina, que já não lembrava. Well done.

    Oh my this helps a lot. When I was in Lisbon the first time I got stranded at Olaias Metro station for half an hour not knowing how to get my ticket. Everybody was in too much of a rush to help me. There's no ticket office at that station. Eventually a security guy noticed me and helped. You went a bit quickly over the buying options. Really wanted to see how to get a day pass.

    Great job, Liz. In Porto, there is an extra "OK" button you have to press during the paying process, that doesn't make sense and that people almost always screw up the first couple of times. Also on the first page of the ticket machines is a little British flag. Do NOT press it. It will make you lazy.

    O metro é mais fácil para os estrangeiros. Por causa do mapa de rotas, uma pessoa pode ver para onde vai. Um problema que tive com a máquina é que existe muito rapidamente uma linha atrás de si e se tiver de ler e traduzir as instruções, as pessoas na linha tornam-se compreensivelmente impacientes.

    If you want to know if you've just missed your bus or how long it will be until it arrives, just send an sms to CARRIS with the bus stop ID number and bus route number, if you only want to get info on a specific bus. The number you need to send the sms to is always the same (3599), only the other are specific to your location, and they are on every bus stop sign. Or you can use the CARRIS app on your smartphone.

      @desanipt 2 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      If you use the rechargeable cards (that also work in other means of transport like the metro, trains, boats), the ride is actually just 1,50 (which it did when she taped it).
      If you buy the ticket on board with the driver, it will cost 2 (and the driver will give you a paper ticket that is only useful for that one journey to prove you paid the ride).
