If you can find a grapefruit spoon they have sharp tips which may make it a little easier…….the theory is always odd numbers in groups of 3, 5, etc….it works actually…..also because you are 3 in your home now……..they look lovely, so nice that your dahlias still are so beautiful.❤❤ Donna in Toronto
Not only do Americans carve pumpkins, but us Canadians do as well! A treasured Halloween activity. Using the pumpkin as a vase is a great idea, I think I’ll try it. Thanks for the idea.😊 P.S. Thanks for videos. I’m really enjoying them!!
Its always a treat to watch Borja and his mum doing a project together. Maybe they can try their hand at making a hypertufa (a mixture of portland cement, peat moss, perlite and/or vermiculite) platner. Hint.
I use water bottles to put inside things that aren't water tight. You can cut them to size and can pinch the bottles at the top to get them through openings that are a little small. Also you can keep them or throw them away if they get a bit grotty. I use this method in old antique tea pots that have holes in the bottom, roses look particularly beautiful against silver.
This is the best tip I ever saw about how to clean out a pumpkin you take one of the beers off of your handmixer and you put it in your drill and then clean out the inside of that pumpkin and it goes super fast and it turns out really clean Thanks for your shows. I love you guys.
This is a nice idea. Did you wash off the pumpkin seeds, lightly salt them and bake them in the oven? We do that every year. They are yummy. I am so glad your Mom is visiting with you and the family. Her movements are so graceful arranging those flowers.
Perhaps mention composting your "vase" responsibly afterwards so it doesn't become landfill waste along with the thousands of decorative pumpkins thrown away each year 😨

Use shot glasses for the little pumpkins! What a gorgeous arrangement! I’m just so in awe of you, and Dean and your mom’s, talents!
We didn’t have a shot glass 😂😂 we did think about it but we don’t really do shots at home 😅
@@mytinyestate I only have one I got from a beer tasting (so not even a shot glass) - I’m not very cool 😝

Is your family safe in Spain?
They all are thanks for asking 🩵
Yes, wishing safety for all those caught up in the horrendous flooding.
@@mytinyestateI'm thankful your family is safe. I saw the word "Málaga" in news reports and immediately thought of your friends and family.
Great DIY. Glad your family and friends are safe 😍😘

Went to a conference once in Queensland. They served pumpkin soup in small hollowed out pumpkins... they leaked faster than the soup could be eaten.
😳😳
😄
"Fall" no, Autumn.
😄
Autumn NOT Fall
Totally ! It just was a smaller word so fit better 😂
