  • Hey Aspies, Neurotypicals, hybrid aliens from the planet Venus... WELCOME to the streets of chilly Manchester for ANOTHER video from me, Tom Henley 😱
Today we are talking about what it’s REALLY like to be depressed and the relationship you can form with these feelings, especially when it’s affected you for the good portion of your life. It affirms ourselves, gives us comfort and can even make us feel superior for having it.
I’m not IN LOVE with depression, I’m only trying to highlight the complex relationships I, and many others may have with it.
ANYWAY... I hope you understand and enjoy the video, YOU GUYS ARE THE BEST AND I LOVE YOU!
LIKE, SUBSCRIBE and COMMENT if you have any valuable personal experiences to share... maybe a comment or two about how you love or hate my voice, and really just anything... what did you have for dinner today?
I’m here for you all so if YOU NEED HELP please let me know so I can help give you advice and support you 😊

This is so true, depression is like a part of my personality and when I don’t feel it I feel like I’m not me, it’s a bit comforting because it’s always there.
Also being in different emotions does feel like I’m in another dimension, or a parallel universe. Like each of my emotions are each an alternate slightly different version of me.

I was on citalopram for anxiety and depression, it worked to an extent but it made me hyper and insensitive and jittery as hell. Then I got diagnosed with OCD and put on chlomipramine which was hell to find in stock due to manufacture problems. I've been on it for over a month and still just am sleeping all the time, hoping the tiredness will wear off.zzzzzz

Thanks for the comment! Yeah antidepressants can be a bag of fun of everybody, especially when you are testing out what works for you. I haven’t tried either of those medications, I would love to know more about your experiences. Thanks again! 😁
