This was a lot of fun! Thanks for having me on. I apologize for my horrible internet connection, I had no idea that’s how I was coming through on your end.

The beginning was very choppy but the later in it gets a lot smoother haha. Thanks again :)

59:00 Yep. That's me too bud.
"All you have to do is THIS, and it will help you get THAT done."
"Ok, but I already couldn't do THAT. Doing THIS is also mundane, and a thing I don't want to do, so THIS won't get done either."
The crushing inability to do what is important sucks. SUCKS.

If you are finding that Adderall is effective at helping you with cognitive stimulation, but you are getting too many physical symptoms, there is available (in the USA at least) an extended release formulation of just one of the two active ingredient in Adderall Dextroamphetamine. Do your own research on it, but reportedly, it has all of the mental stimulation benefits without the tendency for the negative physical side effects caused by Levoamphetamine, the other active ingredient in Adderall.

I noticed that you didn't exchange pleasantries with your guests before the interview started. You went right into the questions. As someone with ADHD, I realize that I can sometimes be a bit direct also and not notice it.
I don't want come off as critical, that's not my intent, but I know that I would have liked for someone to tell me if anything I did was potentially off-putting to those who don't understand ADHD.
Not sure if you guys talked before this, but I think you'll greatly benefit socially from engaging in customary practices like explaining your relationship with the guest to the audience, explaining why you invited them on the show and then asking the guest to introduce themselves to the audience by telling the audience who they are etc.
Not saying that has to be done every time, but that's usually the customary practice before an interview. I tend to be the same way, just letting you know so that you can improve your interactions with people/guest in the future. Best of luck!

@@ADHDMastery I get that, that's why I wasn't sure if you guys had talked before this. But I think my point still rings true. The interview didn't start with the traditional customary chit chat that viewers and guests are used to which made the transition to the questions feel a bit jarring and sudden. It's just something I noticed, hopefully my observations can be of some use to you for future episodes etc.

@@joshuatelem8796 my style is to get straight to the point for my short attention spanned viewers 😉

@@ADHDMastery Agreed, my mind works the same way, I prefer to get right to the point in conversation, but most outside of the community won't see it that way, they may interpret it as being rude. It's something that I constantly work when engaging with everyday people.
Maybe your way of doing things is more efficient for the community watching these types of videos.
Just letting you know how the abruptness could have been interpreted wrongly because sometimes we ADHDers don't notice these things, I certainly didn't haha. Best of luck with the show and channel!

Ah, if only. Unfortunately many become immune after just a few days. I've heard some can go on taking it if they switch to every three days instead of daily. They should call it Normalcy in a Bottle.
