Priced well. Nice garage. The only thing I didn't like was the stove right next to the refrigerator.

I like this home. It looks like a good value for the money, it's a nice location, and it could really be lovely with some TLC and a bit of updating. Thank you for showing it!

The access from the garage to the homes basement and vice versa is so awesome! You don't have to go outside at all in the winter or at night when going from the garage to the house or back. LOVE this setup and the backup generator location.

Nice home. Nice price. Is heating oil/propane in the area still provided by Dead River? Nice folks. If I were a bit younger, I would consider the option of being a resident renovator. Any restrictions on heating sources?

Yes, Dead River is the oil supplier for this home.

...respectfully, how do you not end up spending substanial $$$$ updating this house...?
Also worth noting, both E Millinocket and Millinocket over the past 50 years have lost almost 40% and close to 50% of their respective populations...given the rich history of the area, it's unfortunate and sad. (I wouldn't bet on those taxes coming down anytime soon.) While she doesn't work for me, I'm not sure revealing homeowner's advanced age is an appropriate move from a fiduciary standpoint.

I'm sure the bed in the living room, the bedroom turned into a bathroom, and the extremely dated decor is all the clues you would need to guess the age. I assumed the owner had died so was glad to hear he's still around.

@@dlrhas21 c'mon...do you practice stupid? The markers you, in your infinite wisdom, recognized (I guess the wheelchair ramp kind of went right over your head, huh?) lead you to assume the owner was dead.... so it's a estate sale! Family wants it gone. But wait, still alive and 100 years old, no longer able to live on his own, time for expensive skilled care nursing home ? Any astute buyer or buyers agent might very well pursue different offer strategies ... people make assumptions. YOU DID, then altered your thinking, your approach, (regardless of whether or not you are a buyer).

Some people, like myself, look with joy at the accessibility features. I am grateful that this house was shown because I see affordable and move in ready. This is awesome and the cosmetic changes are something to look forward to--not a deal breaker.

@@barbaraaugerot2654 I can't imagine how your comment relates to anything I wrote. That said, I hope, should you actually make the leap, you'll be very happy, looking forward to many, many years in your home. Stay/live long enough Ms. Augerot and if current trending continues, you'll be turning off the lights as the last resident! WHOA DOGGIES. Godspeed madam.
