    I don't usually like workout videos because most of the people in them are overly/unrealistically happy or controlling in a way, But this woman has a really good vibe, I'm down for it

    i actually loved how you advertised your dvd in the middle of the workout during our water break. It was perfect, because i really paid attention bc i needed to catch my breath and hydrate.

    This is one of my favorite ab workouts. As she mentioned, it isn't strenuous on the body and you feel stronger once you finish. I'm chiseling these abs one day at a time. Thanks KeKe! You're the truth. Can't wait to attend another fitness class once all of this is over.

    So happy...was waiting patiently. Do you have any suggestions on a workout regimen. Like certain days to do abs, legs, etc.? I get the best results doing 5 to 6 days a week but my body can only handle 3 to 4 days. Thanks 😊

      Rotate - I used to do arms on a day, legs another day, abs the next, then usually a rest day or two, then cardio for a day or two before targeting muscle groups again. You could also do cardio combine cardio with a muscle group on whichever days and add rest days in between each session. All depends on what your body can handle right now and how intensive the workouts are - try out a few different things, see what works for you and then switch it up if you think you need/want a change or your body has gotten used to it!

      Ruhelin Thanks ☺ I was debating between cardio and a targeted muscle group and doing them all separately. I definitely need to add stretch into the rest day. Do you do any supplements before or after workouts at get recovery from food sources?
