Great content. Very informative. Love hearing your Korean and Alabama accent sneak out here and there.

I came across your video while searching for some informative videos about Georgia houses and I am Korean! (My husband is American) I have four kids and am looking for the best area to live. So far, John’s creek, Alpharetta, Marietta, Buford, Swanee- which one would you recommend the most? I can’t wait to watch the rest of your videos!

Thanks for reaching out! Yes, you named all of the best areas to live and raise a family. The most highly sought after areas these days are Alpharetta, Johns Creek, and Suwanee. Give me a ring if you'd like to discuss more! 770-906-0748

I'm full blooded 2nd Gen Korean. But I feel like you're more Korean than I am. 😊

Please state about Megamart, and Namdaemun market for Korean market in Duluth area as well, lol

For sure! I left that slide out by accident! Megamart next to Gwinnett Mall and Namdaemun market (which they have 8 locations in total scattered throughout Atlanta) are two fantastic grocery stores worth checking out!

Contacted you before still looking at retiring in or near korean areas near atlanta. Prefer 3 bed 2 bath single story or possibly townhome. Would like to stay within $435,000.

Hi Charles, yes I have emailed you several times in the last 6 months but I never received a response from you. Please check your spam folder in case they went there. Otherwise, I will talk to you during our scheduled Zoom meeting!

what website most of Koreans use to find job and house to rent in GA?

Good question! The best site for those resources would be located here: gtksa.net. The link has had some problems recently, so if you can't access it, be sure to Google search Georgia Tech Korean community board
