@GiraffeReactionsZone yeah we finally get a look at how the government does things and that is interesting indeed. It's about time the world government started to be more present in the story cuz so far we have only fought pirates, smoker and captain morgan. I was going to go on a rant about why this is great for world building and the story but i don't want to say too much accidentally so i will save that for when you get through the arc

@@GiraffeReactionsZone the marines are just the military force of the world government. Cp-9 works for the government and will often work with the marines. I guess the best comparison is the marines being the army and cp-9 being the CIA. CP stands for Cipher Police or CipherPol (its always said as CipherPol) and it itself has 9 different layers. Cp1, cp2, cp3 etc. cp9 is the most dangerous and famous one

fun fact: after a fight with usopp luffy didnt smile for a total of 15 Chapters, which is a lot for such a cheerful character like luffy
