i was trying but i buyed gowardhan dahi and when i was squeezing out the water of curd so with the help of a cotton handkerchief along with water all the curd was also coming out with the cloth please suggest me wat to do?

it is even easier to make shrikhand in UK, we can get hung curd called total which is type of Greek yogurt so you can even skip the first procedure.

We haven't tried it with apple pulp..You can try it out..Alternatively you can add chopped apple also if you wish to..

For this recipe , you can use 1/4 cup of puree or pulp , while you whisk the curd.

Just leave the curd tied in a muslin cloth for an hour or so and then lightly squeeze it.
Use a muslin cloth the holes in the cloth are thick
