Regardless the point is that if the Bible can be edited, how can we take it as absolute, that’s the point of faith.
First you have to show what these edits are. Because we have such a mountain of extant manuscripts, we can know that they are very, VERY few and far between, like life-friendly planets. Second, you have to show that these edits change biblical theology and doctrine, or otherwise contradict other parts of the Bible, and none of them do. It's a criticism in search of a problem.

Do you have the original to determine whether there's been an edit? If yes, then why not believe the word of the original, which deifies Christ, if the issue you have is authenticity? if no, then is it intellectually honest to rule out the possibility that the Bible has been perfectly preserved?

Not true, the Bible is not completely historically accurate. Job is a wisdom book, Job never existed but the story of his life is a parable of why God allows suffering. Jesus himself recognized the importance of parable in conveying truth in a symbolic fashion.
