    Cool to see a good side by side comparison. I have lvs34 system on my pedal drive kayak. It's awesome. I keep mine in perspective mode 80% of the time keeping it facing forward or direction I'm fishing. I use a fishing specialties transducer mount & pole which connects the transducer to the pole with a ram ball. So I can adjust the angle of the transducer infinitely. It works great up to 15' but I need to change the angle. That takes 5 seconds to change. It's extremely clear picture from 1 to 15'! I can see difference between grass, rock whatever cover on bottom.

      I definitely learned a lot making this video and seeing them side by side! My dad has that same mount on his crappie boat. The perspective definitely is awesome in shallow water! Thanks for watching and the great comments/feedback! Good luck fishing!

    Excellent video! Giving me ideas for my next set up on front of my boat.

      So you are aiming to be a total hack that can’t fish…that tech is for amateurs not pros

    This was an awesome video to watch and see the difference. I have the old 360 and it’s been a big deal to me and its image is crap compared to the new setups but still awesome to have once learned. Thanks for the details and work editing info for us all 👊

    Can't go wrong with either, their both excellent tools. Considering I'm in a kayak I need keep my set up as light, simple as possible. The lvs34 system is best choice for me I can do perspective & forward & it's live

    • @NickUebelhorFishing
      @NickUebelhorFishing  หลายเดือนก่อน

      It’s definitely the best of both worlds to be able to switch from perspective to forward so quickly!

    I keep mine on 80' & keep my heading line on 80' also for approaching waypoints

    • @NickUebelhorFishing
      @NickUebelhorFishing  หลายเดือนก่อน

      That’s a great idea!

      Also having to steady cast heading sensor calibrated& calibrating the lvs34 transducer individually. That shows the FFS transducer coverage & distance (cone) overlay on my map. So having my heading line & my transducer at same distance 80' it shows where I'm pointing through lvs34 in relation to myself in the kayak. If you have a ffs transducer from any company you definitely need a gps heading sensor too!

    Commercial technology that has trickled down to what used to be sport fishing. Shouldn't be allowed.

    • @NickUebelhorFishing
      @NickUebelhorFishing  หลายเดือนก่อน +1

      Definitely is great technology, but doesn’t catch the fish for you. It’s a great way to learn more about fish behavior though!

      @@NickUebelhorFishing Sort of like spotlighting deer - the light doesn't shoot them, you still have to do that. If it's about learning fish behavior, let the fisheries biologists do that.

      @@TomKirkman1 I disagree, but oh well…maybe if instead a gun you had to throw and apple and land it within a foot and somehow entice the deer to eat the apple…then maybe it would be the same

    Ofcourse you need that tech if you suck at life…I hope they ban it after you buy it. It’s such a lowlife cheater box. Stop trying to cheat and disrespect the sport of fishing hacks

      Maybe Nick can upload a video on how to use a baitcaster next if you’re struggling with that in a similar manner as grasping the concept of livescope!
