@@jomontanee this unit is not for rent, just for sale. My point to John, was that we only work with rentals of 50k or more. Anything cheaper just isn't worth our while.

Not really. For 7.5 this is a reasonable price. Russians are driving up rental prices, not sales prices. You'll struggle to find a 2 bed unit in Central patong for under 7 million. Fact.
