    Tumeric latte is not complicated to make. Just add a little bit of turmeric to any milk and you can honey, cinnamon, black pepper etc

    Tea is also amazing to drink if you're having a hard time getting down water by itself. Find one that is naturally fruity or add fruit to play up the flavor profile. Ice cold green tea with lemon is delish and for a caffeine free option, try rooibos with an orange slice. Yum!

    I can not stress this enough.
    If you have Acne, It's most likely that you have an overgrowth of Candida in your gut.
    Fruit sugars can actually feed the yeast, and make your acne worse.
    Obviously, this isn't the case for everyone. I have Candida and I can't say I've noticed breakouts from fruit. But I do know people who have. Just some food for thought. 🤗
    Acne/skin issues is something I've been struggling with and studying for about 13 years now. So I thought I'd pass the information along.
    With that being said, some great tips. Turmeric is an awesome skin booster, both as a supplement, and as a mask!

      Exactly! Four Sigmatic, especially consumed in the quantities she's recommending is VERY expensive!     I just would like to explain I completely went off dairy for one month and still I was breaking out nearly everyday yes that's right but I also was under stress at the time.I am not that stressed anymore but I am back to eating dairy and I really don't notice a difference on my skin with becoming worse from eating dairy again. My naturopath said it is actually the sugar content you need to look out for in dairy foods that makes it not good for skin or your health. For people who are lactose intolerance this is when you should not be eating dairy otherwise dairy is good to have in the diet.

      Turmeric is great anti-inflammatory tool to have at home (you can make "golden milk" with turmeric, non-dairy milk, black pepper, cinnamon, a bit of ginger), that really helps. Going dairy and gluten-free is also the best thing people could do, it also helps with digestion and auto-immune problems btw

    I've made your Chia pudding a couple of time but it doesn't come out very thick. What am I doing wrong?

      Add less water / milk. Also try grinding the seeds first as this can make it thicker. Make sure you mix it really thoroughly

    Hi! Have been wanting to try Four Sigmatic especially the MUSHROOM MATCHA WITH LION'S MANE, but saw it had the CA Prop 65 warning about

      I would use a straw when drinking it, that might protect your teeth a bit:)
