    Great work! My ideas: use the view, and make the total beach-side wall from as much glass as possible, including upstairs. I wouldn't use the rock thing outside. To me that is more for a forest-like surrounding. Mediterranean pastel colours outside and inside, and the stairs of marble.
    As you can probably sense, I can't wait for the PS5 version to come out and give it a try myself :P

    Bathroom laundry utility room. For that big space. I know we don’t have a lot for utility. But we do have water boiler and fuse box. You could also add some pipes in the walls for decoration. 39:50

    I like the white and stone for the outside. Could put a laundry room by the bathroom downstairs.

    It needs something on the front and back to give the house some 3d detail because ATM it looks like a warehouse from the outside Grill. The balcony on the side sounds like a good Idea. If you're trying to go for a siding look on the outside use the siding pattern so it won't look like you put decking tiles on the side of the house.

    I love the stairs and how the whole building is turning out! It looks awesome so far. 😊 Personally, since it’s on the beach, I like the idea of using blues and whites in the house. Or at least lots of windows. The skylight you have looks cool. Also, that blue and orange tiling in the bathroom upstairs looks awesome, too. I hope you are able to add some balconies, and maybe a backyard area… Either way, this is looking like an intense build already, and I really like it. Can’t wait to see how everything looks once it’s all done!

    I hope you get a better return then I did. I just placed an entire 2nd floor with 3 more bedrooms and a living room and laundry room and I didn't make much more then usual for some ODD reason. I hope you do much better seeing that you added even more to the first floor as well. Good luck Grill! =D

    I love that we can add and adjust the exterior walls now. In house flipper 1 we couldn't do anything to the exterior, and were confined to only designing inside. I don't think I could go back!

    For posts for extended roofs, you can use the bricks. Just use one brick on top of each other, then cover it with wood panels, and it looks like a wooden post. I saw someone else do it

    • @loublou16
      @loublou16 11 หลายเดือนก่อน

      I would stick with the wood for the outside, but instead of white, use a colour like the houses either side

    You can reduce the stairs almost into a ramp. It's pretty close. Different stairs get closer.

    Just as a future suggestion since the triangle wall pieces are for sandbox only, if you go to make another place with a garage, drop only the floor in the garage to ground level and add steps into the garage from an inside door

    You could make the bathroom like a washer dryer wash the sand off room since it is on the beach. You know so they could change wash off the sand.

    I think small bathroom (Just toilet and sink) in enterance would make have worked and then used the other area for Pool Table?
    Bedroom with ensuit guess would also be something
    Maybe Stone for Corners outside or wall bearing look and then some wooden wall. Like a modern stone - wood cabin

    Hi. Silly question but why do you remove the window first then sell? It does allow selling while it’s in place.

      It keeps the wall for sure that way and then painting I dont have to worry about window outlines

    Love the idea and the modification done... the skylight that you have placed on the roof you can do for the from facade as well, big windows on the ground and top you can have the same thing copied from the sky light... Wrap around balcony is a good idea but section it out for each room that you have on top or maybe only the bedrooms have it... Have a porch area and backyard grill area...
    For the kitchen the island use the wall building tool and make the island and put marble finish on it...
    Also please add windows it looks like a prison without it

    The skylight windows are in the first section of the store where the symbol of the stairs tab is i believe. If you pan down they have a skylight window that looks slanted and then a whole wall window right next to it. They are on the left side of the list of things. Its where your rails, stairs, and etc are. Just build your ceiling and slap one on it. And then you can use your flipper tool to change the size of it if you want to. But they are in there. If

    Now that you can delete stairs, you could completely demolish this house if you want.
    I didn't notice how far out this house went when I did it, so I just built upward and ended up making it 4 stories tall.

    You know, I wish there was a duplicate/copy multiple things at once. Ex. Bookshelves or groups of books. Instead of having to fill them one book at a time, be able to select the whole group and duplicate them.

    And the house was 2.6 million TT dollars which is like 300,000 USD which I think was good since you can't even buy a normal 2 floor house for less than $500,000 in either Trinidad or America

    It would be cool if you could make your own house remodel challenge and post it in the mods. Then you could showcase some of the fan remodels in a video.

    It's looking awesome Grill a balcony with maybe an overhanging gantry, bcos you don't have angled shapes maybe a 90-degree angled bracing with wooden tiles on it that look like wooden beams would be nice also a sunlight window in the upper bathroom ceiling like you have in the entrance another option, for walls green on blue or a light peach or apricot against the blue maybe to contrast against each other always look forward to your play-through great content and look forward to the next episode.

    It needs some shape, atm it’s just a box. Also try putting some stilts under like the other houses have so it blends in a bit more. Plus it is near water so would be wise to build it on stilts

    • @Grillmastah
      @Grillmastah  11 หลายเดือนก่อน +1

    If you're going for realism, beachfront houses have garage doors out the back due to beach/waterfront access rights. Deck on front with grill & Adirondack chairs. Wow, look at you being like a carpenter & putting down the shoe to layout the walls.

    I actually bought a house in real life the place is in quite bad condition its a pretty big two story house that was probably built in the 60's and might have actually belonged to the first president of my country since there was a photo of him and some other people in the house so either him or someone who knew him there's like 40 termite nests around the place and on the roof there's plenty wood beams so that's not gonna be fun there's a 9 foot deep pool along with a two car garage and a whole outside bar thing which is also made of wood so thank god I know woodworking or that'd be very expensive to hire someone to do all of that and in the back area its not really a yard but there was an old Volvo wagon in the bushes and a W123 240 turbo diesel Benz estate along with a y11 Nissan Bluebird
