Just loved your blog. You are a breath of fresh air. I left England when I was 19 to go to Canada for 1 year with a friend. We went on the Carinthia ship from Liverpool in September, 1965. I met my husband on the ship who was emigrating to Canada with his family. He was in the next cabin to me. We met on the first day and were inseparable for the rest of the voyage. We lost track of one another when we arrived in Toronto, but met up again when I was at the Immigration Office, and I was getting on the elevator and he as getting off it. We were married 5 months later. Anyway enough about me. When I was last visiting my family in England my brother took us to the Cotswolds. We had an amazing time. Such beautiful buildings and countryside. It wasnt quite so busy when we were there. I just love England. We made Canada our home many years ago, but I still wish we had gone back to England. Canada is a lovely place to live, but everywhere is so spread out, so you can’t just get in your car and visit a nice little village within an hours drive like you can in England. We do have nice villages here, but nothing compared to the history and nostalgia of the English villages. I just love all the little tea rooms and cafes you have where you can go for lunch or tea and scones. I’m not sure if I will ever make it back there now, as my health isn’t too good, but I have wonderful memories of my trips home , visiting many places in England. I will definitely keep watching you. Thank you for bringing back such nice memories for me.❤️🇨🇦❤️🇨🇦
As an American tourist that wants to travel beyond London, this is perfect. Cotswolds looks amazing and looks exactly how I imagined countryside England to be.
Love, LOVE, LOVE the Cotswolds. I also love how the U.K. really protects places like this through the Areas of Natural Beauty designation. We kept seeing things marked as "AONB" and we were like, 'what in the world does that mean?!?!' Once we found out, we fell even more in love with England!

When I was a young girl around 19 I was visiting relatives in the Netherlands and made a friend there we booked a 4 day trip to London and it got cancelled the day we were to leave because my friend fell ill. So here I am at the age of 65 and never got a chance to visit England I live in Canada. But I am loving your videos. Your a beautiful young lady.
Hannah, now, in addition to visiting the Food Halls @ Harrods, I now want to add the Cotswolds to my bucket list. The best thing about going places by yourself is that you get to spend your time, in any place as you enjoy. I find, being a solo tourist, quite fun.
This vlog of the Cotswolds is definitely one of my favourites of yours Hannah and I've saved it in my UK list to rewatch again and again. The villages were picture perfect and seemed a little fantastical for a rare English sunny day, ideal spring weather. BTW you looked gorgeous in that flowery/lacy dress! And it's a rental? My eyes popped out of my head! I wished we could rent wonderful dresses like that in Sydney. I just Googled it before I posted, apparently there are some places in Sydney that you can rent dresses. I'll have to look into it next time I have a formal occasion I have to attend.

The Cotswolds are lovely. I’ve got a childhood photo somewhere of me in two tone (brown) corduroy flares (70’s!) at the model village. I stayed at The Dial House on a weekend break from London around 20yrs ago and from memory it was pretty nice. I used to drive from Northampton to Gloucester each week and loved the drive across the Cotswolds through Chipping Norton. It’s become soooo popular and expensive now.

We have mountain preserves in Arizona and of course all of our national parks in the US. just gorgeous.
England is my favourite country.
It's called Listed Buildings and Conservation Areas when it's the built environment.

I have always wanted to visit the Cotswolds. Seeing this was a dream come true!

This is my first vlogs of yours to watch. I am praying my third trip to the UK and this time we want to go to the Cotswolds and Cornwall this go around. So I am thankful for this vlog to add places to my list. Looking forward to watching more of your vlogs.

Thank you for sharing this, I haven’t been to Bourton on the Water for years I used to go to the model village with my parents as a child. This made me want to go back for a holiday in the Cotwolds it’s so beautiful.

I saw much beautiful vlogs from Hannah, but this was the better till now!!!!. How much splendid places with picturesque houses. Seems that we are back in time. The countryside is so gracious, perfect to relaxing. I enjoyed each moment to see pretty gardens, the swans, the streams, the little birds singing, I loved it.
