I've watched this so many times and the font I am using has glyphs, but it still does not come up with the swash options in the symbols. I am using a MacBook, in Powerpoint.... any idea what I could be doing wrong?

What if it’s ALREADY downloaded on my iPhone. Where do I find the glyphs?

What do you mean? You downloaded the font file onto your phone or a glyph app? I haven't used it on my phone before.
