This happened to me last night on my Ninja Creami Breeze. Thanks to you, I called their customer service and they are sending me an upgraded model! They didn't even ask me to return mine, I just had to cut the cord on a video call. Great customer service!
Same thing happened to me. I called customer service, they are sending out a new unit in 3-5 days. Thanks for this video. Ninja was great to deal with!
I got one of these for Christmas and I was so excited to use it. It wouldn’t line up well to get the container into the base. I kept having to take the blade out and try over and over for it to click into place. Then when it would the blade kept popping off. I called and they had me show them things over a video link they sent me. They were very helpful. It is damaged and they are sending me a new one.
After I opened the box there is a registration card inside. I registered. Later when I actually went to use the Creami and called to say it isn’t working they were able to look it up from that registration.
Thank you so much for your video. My Creami did the same thing with the blade but the shaft also got stuck in the down position. I called Ninja and they are sending a new unit to me. I didn't realize how easy it was to work with them. I love my creami and you saved me from buying a new one.
The problem for all of you who are announcing that you got great service and are being sent a replacement is that’s a one time deal and the malfunction will happen again on the replacement unit too.
I have had a Ninja Creami (deluxe model) for almost a year now, and we use it most every day. I have never had this or any other problem with it. I guess everybody has a different experience.
At the tip of the metal pole is a magnet. The blade falls off because it’s not magnetized anymore. Solution is to call ninja yes, but your missing the reason why. Check it out once you get your new machine.
@@rebeccaday4435 yes, order some 5x2mm magnets and put them inside the blade. Make sure they are pointing in the right direction so that the blade sticks to the metal pole. If it doesn’t stick, you need to flip the magnet over. The magnet should last a few months depending on how much you use it. Just switch magnets when it stops sticking. It’s been working great so far for me.
Mine did the same thing except mine made a loud noise and was smoking. The blade was actually burned and black shards were in the ice cream. We went through the face time call and they sent me a new machine and now today the blade on it fell off. I'm disgusted with this. Who has time to keep returning and paying shipping for something that had a production defect or design defect. I think they need to redesign them or something. Bad products altogether. When it works it is the greatest thing but when it doesn't it is just a paper weight. I guess I will be calling them again tomorrow.
So there is actually a workaround, because the Creami is straight up constructed really weirdly. I've got the Creami NC300eu but I guess this works for the others as well. . The problem with the blade falling out is because of the shaft, that is going into the blade, not being magnetised anymore. That happens over the uses. So the workaraohnd is putting a neodynium magnet into the blade so it stays attached Obviously if something happens it's on you, I won't take any responsibility. But this is how the blade stays attached and explains why so many people have the same issue
Just called and gave them the serial number from my unit - I hadn’t bothered to fill in the warranty info, but it didn’t matter. They sent me an entire new unit, no shipping cost.
I have the ninja creami breeze and have this same issue! Crazy enough, I am able to flip the entire unit upside down when making something and it works! Hope this helps.
Been reading online, this seems to be a very very common issue. Mine just stopped working today, bummed because I use it every day for frappacinos. It was smoking and making crazy loud sounds. Had it less than 60 days. Hopefully the replacement doesn't do this, if so i'll be calling every 60 days. Needs a recall permanent fix.
Hi, excuse me, I have a question. I live in Panama. I bought a Ninja Ice Creamy but I haven't been able to use it since it keeps flashing where it says installation. It turns on fine but doesn't do anything else. Could you tell me what's wrong?
Thank you so much I thought I was doing something wrong I called them she got on video chat and said it was my machine yours is the only video I found on this topic thank you so much
My machine just broke at this moment, I’m here in Colombia, I requested the return to Amazon under warranty but I’m trying to call ninja and it has been impossible 😢 the issue is the base and the shaft and the blade 😢
Mine did this and they sent the new ninja for free. But I did notice the magnet for my old ninja wasn't working. I kept trying to compare and see why my old one kept pushing the blade off the new one didn't and all I could find is the magnet in my old base wasn't working properly
@nicolaskitchen_net ok so the metal piece that actually connects to the lid and spins the blender. It is magnetic. My old machine wasn't connecting the the lid but rather pushing the metal blades away from it. My new machines magnetic piece was working fine and the blade would stay attached. That's all I could find in the difference
Wow this sucks. I literally just got this and I haven’t even used it yet. I guess this is what’s happening ? I don’t know. It’s like the blade isn’t even coming on. Just makes a noise.

Mine started doing this yesterday. I saw your video and called Ninja. Easy process and for $15 my new unit is on the way!! Thank you
Nice to hear!
What is the number for Ninja
Did they ask you for a purchase invoice or which store you purchased from or anything else?

@@shemdiamond240 they didn't ask for an invoice and i told them i got it thru qvc. but the model # will tell them where you bought it anyway.

Interesting
@primal391 do you know how to fix the magnet issue ? I have been looking online for the last few days but can't find anything telling me how.

That's too bad
This is happening to mine, with legit pieces of metal and smoke falling in it
The metal pole loses it magnetism for some reason and the blade starts to pop off.

Thanks for posting this! I had the same problem, and after a call to Ninja and cutting the cord on camera, a new replacement is on its way.
Good to hear
Did you have warranty or did you just call them ?

You are awesome for posting this. I just called Nija and they are sending me a new unit. We did the easy video chat. Thank you

Costco easy return. Happened to mine as well
That makes it easy

Great!!
what the solution?
It's a faulty part and needs to be replaced

Does anyone who got a replacement have an extra outer bowl lid?
