- Honda Accord Rear Brake Pad Replacement. In this video I show how to replace the rear brake pads on a V6 Honda Accord. Many older Hondas have drum brakes in the rear, however this Accord has rear disc brakes. The exact vehicle in this video is a 1999 Honda Accord EX V6 Sedan. Enjoy!
