I had a partial meniscectomy 6 months ago, and I want to try to avoid getting dehabilitating osteoarthritis. I am only 23 years old and love to go hiking and skiing, and I would like to keep doing these activities for as long as possible.
Why does my mri not explain the condition of my anterolateral ligament? This is all it said. Tendons and Ligaments: There is complete tear of the anterior cruciate ligament. The posterior cruciate ligament is intact. The medial collateral ligament is intact. The lateral collateral ligament complex is intact. The extensor mechanism is intact.

Ik ben in sept 2023 aangereden op straat en heb daar een acl, lcl en gebroken fragment van de fibula aan overgehouden. Ik heb weken geleden een mail terug gekregen waarin staat dat ik werd afgewezen. Ik weet niet of u de mails zelf leest, maar ik hoop dat u mijn casus toch overweegt en mij alsnog uitnodigt. Ik ben al bijna een jaar verder nu en mijn leven is helemaal overhoop door de pijn en instabiliteit. In de hoop dat uw dit bericht leest en mij alsnog uitnodigt...
i have a situation where I cannot extend my knee straight anymore and wondered if I partially tore my ACL yrs ago and just lived through the discomfort ...it never took me off the field but now to this day, I cannot straighten my leg fully or even bend it up so my heel almost touches my behind

informative video doc, one question what about mildly bulky acl? will it get better on its own or is prp treatment helpful?
