I had my heart broken recently and started a regular gym routine. I practice cardio nearly every day: practicing MMA at the gym or going on long night walks with my chosen brother. I just recently started watching your videos and it really opened my mind. I feel so much more masculine now, even though I'm still overweight with a high body fat percentage. Just the other day I got hit on by a girl that I work with. I feel like an Adonis, but I know I'm still a Jeffrey. I'm going to start removing the internet from my life and replacing it with reading and meditation. Thank you for your help, Hamza!
I can't use words to describe just how grateful I am that I got to be one of the young men to discover your channel early, and even if there are 5000 other comments on this video saying the same thing, I just wanted to say thank you from Australia, Hamza

Just have to say Thank you, I found myself a while back about 3-4 months ago with really bad mental health which was a result of relationship and I just wasn’t doing that great I still tried to workout and eat well but I still wasn’t getting better, I had been watching your videos for a while and for me now it’s more about learning about mental health and I can see I feel much better, the relationship ended and it gave me time to improve my mental health sleep schedules, eating right, less indulgence of social media, less video games and now I feel so much happier, no video games, no social media, more confidence, better self beliefs literally the other day I made a huge shift in my mindset from thinking I can’t to knowing I can and it helped immensely. Still have much too work on but it’s all thanks to you and your movement that I was able to get out of the situation I found myself a few months back. Thank you hamza, I’m sure I can speak for all of us here, that we truly appreciate your efforts and dedication to this movement!
If you're in a position in which you think you need to wait for the perfect time to actually start doing something. Don't. Don't wait for it. Just start doing it. Please, even if waiting does give you better results I promise you it's never 100% true, not even 50%. When you try asap, you'll fail, struggle, and be put in a position in which you feel like you weren't ready. All this is needed, because learning any trait will come with these hardships regardless if you jumped in at the right time or not. Just thought I'd share what I learned over the years.
hamza, thank you. I'm 13 years old, and I was fat... after watching you, i have started working out and eating clean. I lost 30 pounds in 1 month. I am proud of my body now. thank you so much. I slowly watched my mental health improve. I slowly watched my body get better every day. thank you so much

I’m glad to have red pill TH-camrs. I realized how much of a Jeffery I am. It was disappointing how much I could relate to Jeffery instead of Adonis. All the bs everyone told me was making me depressed. When actual men like Hamza and Andrew Tate say that what you need is confidence and power to do things that are hard. I’ve been going to the gym and I feel good every time I go. It’s really fun more people should start going. Thanks to hamza and the red pill community I know that your purpose comes before women and dumb shit. That it’s part of being more masculine to level up and be better.
I’m 29 and just finding your videos this past month. NGL I though you were cringe at first but I kept listening and things really started to hit home. Guys, it’s never too late or early in life to make these changes for the better. Let’s do this. 💪🏼
29 year old here as well man. Been on this improvement train for about 8 months The change has been life changing, You are spot on brother, It is never too late. Best of luck with your journey mate.
Video game addiction is so underrated man. I managed to quit porn, sugar, smoking but always thought there was something else that was destroying my mental, but I kept playing to escape from reality. Now it has been almost a month without video games, which is the longest period for me in 15 years and I feel there is hope again, I am regaining my enthusiasm for life.
Hamza, i must say that as a young man who's been following you for a while, i just want to give you this advice: Your community (our community) is based on very passionate and therefore loyal people, which is quite impressive and wholsome, but also means that a lot of the feedback you will get on your videos and in general is this kind of cheering "yes-men". And although this doesn't mean it's completely irrelevant, it does mean that you are at risk of losing all feedback from this fanbase. I do support your message and it has in fact improved my life a lot, but i really do hope you do not lose sight of all the values that are important. And now in plain english, i think that for example how you slander people for half of the video, while it does help for retention and whatnot, i think that it is not helpful at all at this degree and all the demonization and de-humanising or however the fuck you spell that, it's simply not helpful as these people are not evil, they are simply miserable. We shouldn't be slandering them and being condescending to this degree, but we should strive to be better than that. Adonis wouldn't slander these people, he would perhaps criticize them or get a bit aggressive but he would in general want to help them and feel bad for them. It's not like we live in some Orwellian conspiracy where everyone unites to destroy masculinity, people are simply directionless and need help, not slander. hope you will use this criticism to better yourself and this channel, as i also hope you will succeed but i don't want to sacrifice morals and values for that. Mashallah and stay halal, from a fellow arab
I totally agree. Adonis would work to build others up instead of calling them "skinny neck low testosterone" people. Disrespecting others like this will only push others away from his overall helpful and life changing advice. Also, I am kind of tired of the cultish behavior where its "us against the world" and "everyone else is evil." I think Hamza has a great message to share, especially to lost, young men like myself, but I believe he could even reach an even broader audience if he cut out the condescending bullshit.
being called out motivates people, half of his viewers are jeffreys without knowing. Everyone thinks hes talking about someone else, another demographic. BUt hes talking tu US. we need the direct, no-BS slander. i do see your point tho, and i think you might just have to advance from Hamza, and beocme greater
honestly great take. I've been thinking this for a while. I appreciate Hamzas Self-Improvement advice but this "war on masculitnity" thing seems overblown and is in my opinion way more of an unfortunate cultural shift than it is a conspiracy. I feel like these crazy theories and creation of a common enemy are just to further hook us viewers into watching more and more. All in all though, I've benefitted massively from the man's advice
Starting this January, I’m taking myself on a self improvement journey and only working on myself and my work. Wish me the best of luck fellas. If I remember to, I’ll respond February 1st. 9 months later: Self improvement helped my grades, myself, my intelligence, my strength, my motivation, and mental health. THANK YOU HAMZA!
Was a crazy video game addict since I was 8. Im 17 now and thanks to Tate, Iman Gadhzi and especially you, I couldnt care less about not playing video games anymore. The most commom reason a person continues playing video games is because of „the fear of missing out“.
Really changed my life, I went into university depressed and suffering a loss in my family during exam time. However, when I found your channel I felt reformed I feel like I found a new purpose, I still find myself slipping with habits but I keep the vision of the future and WILL fix these negative habits holding me back. I really thank you for everything you’ve done you’ve changed my outlook on life and masculinity
I'm slowly starting to see my difference on my metal health I see an improvement in my mental health. Thanks for helping go to this level and I will keep you guys updated. Its been a week without fapping and I feel better than I ever did
I play video games only after I finish my exercise, reading routine, and all of them, so that makes me not have a lot of time to play them which makes me feel good
@@CashMoneyMawk- damn I lost the nofapping thing I'm sorry but its not to late, but It is an improvement over doing it everyday and this time I'm really serious about it no more fapping
I'm a Transgender guy. I try to learn, how to be a good man in my future, since my father did not have the ability to show me. Hamza helps me. I might not be the kind of person wanted in his audience, but I already noticed big changes. I got more masculine, noticing how fucked up the guys around me are. "You're such a weirdo for getting up at 5:30 for stretching and meditation. Why would you do this to yourself when you could sleep til half past seven and still be on point?" Through Hamza I found myself back into hustle and found out how much hope is there for me to become better.
Hamza I been watching your videos and they really do help especially in the mental department. You doing great thing for all young men around the world. I hope you come to the US one day so I can thank you in person
Thanks for the video, I'm 17 so you have like an elder brother's influence on me but. I'm grateful, I've been on this journey of self improvement for two months (when I got serious) . Then i found your channel like a week ago and it's acting like a catalyst and is also helping me to develop a great knowledge base for everything. Thank you and keep going brother, I'd love to binge watch your content but don't have enough time since I'm working pretty hard and am following a tight schedule, also binge watching ain't good. So, thanks a lot bro I'm grateful.
i love how you are the most understanding person ive seen on this type of content, you understand that some people cant just instantly quit their addictions super easily
Hamza, i can't imagine what i'd do without you, Tate got my ass working but you built what i am today, i am so grateful for stumbling on your channel. Thank you dear Hamza.
I found eating sugar makes me anxious and weak. Please test for yourself if eliminating sugar will help you. Start with eating more vegetables, can be frozen and eat them with olive oil fried from pan. Eat more meat and eggs, eat fruits with
I gotta say, none of what you talk about applies to me anymore(partly thanks to you) but I still listen to your vids on my daily walks because your energy is still inspiring
It's crazy, I just thought about this today. For me, i can't stop an addiction without hating it in the first place. So when I smoke weed or watch porn I try to be really disgusted of myself. This helps to actually stop. I am not faping anymore and working on the weed and other addictions as social media etc. Stay strong and keep emproving your life guys!
Never understood how young people start smoking. Did your parents not tell you to not do drugs? Is your character seriously so poor to where you folded under an ounce peer pressure and immediately disregard everything your parents and older people told you about drugs?
@@derrick2251 everyones life is different. don't look down on people when you have no idea about what made them into who they are. i personally dont smoke but ive seen friends who i respect a lot become addicted
Hey, man. I’ve been listening to your videos during my early morning gym sessions. You are absolutely bang on. I’ve been actively working on becoming more masculine, and am learning to take pride in myself, my actions, and in my appearance. I didn’t actually really understand what masculinity was before watching your videos, but now that I do, I feel that I am becoming more masculine every day. Ever since I started working out about six months ago, my life has been filled with ambition, and I find myself setting and chasing goals for myself all the time. Thanks so much for the insight.
Hamza is like the dad i never had. It's hard to recover from an only female environment. I was raised to be always nice and never throw a tantrum. Now i got to know that its OK to be MALE its okay to be MAD and its okay to STRIVE and PROSPER for the next big thing. I stopped Porn 5 months ago and since that i saw big improvements in my Personality and my Work ethic. I started to think about the things i eat and consume in terms of TV or Internet things. I started to care about my Body again.... a thought that I lost years ago. Working out was never a thing that was missing in my life, but the clean eating was. Porn and too much Internet always led me to a very unhealthy diet. But now I'm back again.
Im actually starting to feel like more of a man now, and i cant help but to look around my school and our men that are so drained on social media,it kinda makes me sad that it took me more than a minute to realize the amount of bad effects of social media
Closed all my social media sometime ago have to admit i still use youtube for free watching this videos from hamaza just now on a journey these videos made me realise my goals at the moment Im redoing my house decorating it turning into a god dam addonis mancave for myself And starting training on weekend at the gym Go walking everywhere when local instead of jumping in car everywhere Reading alot more of books currenty reading tyson fury autobio (Met tyson while ago he is a inspiration at a charity event ) And just working my ass off
The blue light filter helped me a lot when I had trouble sleeping. Less eye strain and less headaches. On my phone the filter turn on automatically in the afternoon and goes back to normal the next day in the morning.
I have my live planed out for the next year completely. The more i think about the task/ the thought processes of planning. The more i realise of what my mind is capable. I see this, i start taking action and i know that if i fail or succeed with my plan, my future is guaranteed. The last few months i learned a lot about me. I used to think that i‘m the average student, average IQ guy. But i‘m not. I thought i wasn‘t much smarter than the normal guy because i‘m a guy of masculine nature who spends the minimum of effort and brainpower on school. Because that is not the stuff i want to learn and that is not the stuff i wan‘t to be. The moment i started planing out my future and properly educating *myself* , i saw what i‘m capable of and what i can achieve with my skillset and my mindset which nobody can take from. Thank you hamza, thank u tate bros, thanks to all the authors of self developement books i read
To be honest man like you are needed in this world and since i started watching your videos im so obsessed with self improvement ,it feels like a drug and now im can feel energy following through my body , i'm just grateful and you inspire me even you tell the brutal truth but it makes me strong .
I've lost 120 pounds because of your videos, and the overall mindset difference is amazing! thanks so much for the overall helpful information you put out. keep it up.
@@samuelrichards5521 100% I could talk about this for hours. It was one of the most surprising things. Now complete strangers treat me with respect and take me more seriously. Also, I was getting choosing signals from girls that were my type, but with that being said, my friends hated it. They were really passive aggressive and didn't invite me out to places and, truly, it did take a while for me to figure that out. I had no clue why they were acting like that, but it was a massive difference to them. I went from 35% body fat to 12% If you have any more questions, it is welcome. I think it’s fascinating how people view you after losing weight.
I know for myself that I feel good as I am. I'm not fit or muscular but i'm not fat or anything and we should accept that people like "basic bodys" for me it's because i'm not a fan of the gym and sport ! I only go to the gym 1-2 times per week for 1h and a half just to do a lot of cardio and some exercise ! Thanks for the tips I think that I should try to get a routine for at least 2-3 days to start and see if it works
Some time ago i was playing video games like 6-8 hours a day, now it turned into 20-40 minutes, and I am now happier, beacuse i started investing this time in working out, reading books, and self-improvment, only beacuse of your videos, thank you Hamza!
I am in a difficult situation, I am doing nofap but my family doesn't support me, but you hamza, gives me the motivation to not fall in to the trap of the modern world.
I decides that from 1/10/2023 i'm not playing videgames for six months,i'm not gonna turn back,i'll update when 1 reach some milestone 1st week: ez first week, i went on a 2 days vacation w/ friends and that helped 1st month:also very easy, but this time i think i "failed" Let me explain: one of my friends asked me to help him with a game so i did, i played like less than 10 min I think loosening the rules a little since i'm doing this for 6 months is fine,if you disagree tell me 2nd month: 3rd month: 4th month: 5th month: 6th month:

Hamza, you mentioned about the right food to eat for muscle growth and body building + maintaining; and yes, you do this after gaining great mental health If you don’t mind waking up very early again, just to make a video about what diet men should have for body building: Thanks (Note: yes, I am a young man, just about 13 years and 7-8 months, but I still want to know to improve myself whenever I can currently; but mainly for when I live independently and start my own life (hopefully with a grand job))

Hey hamza its so relatable on what u said about andrew tate motivating youngsters. I listened to on of his shorts and he said something about keeping a word and being manly is one of the most important things, so in that moment it was raining outside, went out to the outside gym did 500 pushups and 70 pull ups in in between and finished with 10 muscle ups, and i added one more challenge, no water and shirtless (felt amazing after that), bro even david gogins motivated me once i messed up and went on a wrong bus so than i was 10km from my hometown i could just walk back but i ran and cought another bus to the capital city and hit gym for 2 more hours

Bro your video about why tiktok is so bad changed my life, I am feeling so much better I am more energetic and I can actually focus on my studies. I am so grateful that I stumbled across your videos and I feel like a real man.
Hamza, please read this because I think it's incredibly important. I'm really thankful for your content and it has changed my life but I need to criticize you man to man. For the past weeks/months your ego/hatred has slowly been replacing your sympathy. I completely understand how angry it makes you that people are spreading advice that causes men to unal!ve them selves more, because it makes me sick to my stomach as well. But I feel that this hatred you have is blinding you to the fact that these people are not trying to be evil on purpose. They should educate them selves more on the topics and be shown sympathy by people like you, because like you said. You have the most power of anyone in this movement and most importantly you know what it is like to be in their shoes. Even if you don't think they should get sympathy then you should agree with the fact that people don't change their views when they are shouted at with hatred and called evil, and if you truly want to change as many lives as possible you should show just a little more sympathy. Everyone makes mistakes and I truly hope you can take this in the way it was meant, from one tribe member to another. Keep up the content, much love from Iceland

Could you make a video about bullying in middle/high school (bullying based on behaviour/personality)? I myself have been bullied for being weak-minded and whiny, but then I realized that I needed to change my behaviour. Nowadays, life in in school is so much easier thanks to me learning how to respect myself and improve myself. Personally, most bully victims in school must have done something to provoke the bullying. I feel that bullying would be much less of a problem if more guys learned how to be stronger. I do not condone bullying, but if you are bullied for your actions/behaviour (being the annoying kid, the whiny kid, the weirdo, etc.), then you must have done something to deserve it.
An hour ago one of my friend gave me the same advice as yours ..felt deep , thanks mate
hamza, thank you.

Keep it up brothers. It is important to stay content and take care of your physical and mental health. 💪 💪
Hamza, i must say that as a young man who's been following you for a while, i just want to give you this advice:
Your community (our community) is based on very passionate and therefore loyal people, which is quite impressive and wholsome, but also means that a lot of the feedback you will get on your videos and in general is this kind of cheering "yes-men".
Absolutely, we need to reach those people, not "destroy" them.
being called out motivates people, half of his viewers are jeffreys without knowing.

Why would you do this to yourself when you could sleep til half past seven and still be on point?"
Through Hamza I found myself back into hustle and found out how much hope is there for me to become better.
I love how this guy goes out of his way to help people what a legend
Hamza I been watching your videos and they really do help especially in the mental department. You doing great thing for all young men around the world. I hope you come to the US one day so I can thank you in person
Thanks for the video, I'm 17 so you have like an elder brother's influence on me but. I'm grateful, I've been on this journey of self improvement for two months (when I got serious) . Thank you and keep going brother, I'd love to binge watch your content but don't have enough time since I'm working pretty hard and am following a tight schedule, also binge watching ain't good. So, thanks a lot bro I'm grateful.

Thank you dear Hamza.

Wish you all the best with keeping up! 🦧❤️

Damn nice to see you mention @moon. You both create absolute bangers B)

Starting to feel more like a man. Good.

The more I watch you're videos Hamza the more I feel turning my life around thank you.

@@samuelrichards5521 100% I could talk about this for hours. It was one of the most surprising things. Now complete strangers treat me with respect and take me more seriously. Also, I was getting choosing signals from girls that were my type, but with that being said, my friends hated it.

Hamza I am in a committed relationship and I should stop watching porn cuz I already have a girl and I’m doing the self improvement. Honestly bro these videos help me when I’m at my end point, it helps me remind that I can be better, I can be a better person. Thanks bro I appreciate it
i cant believe i watched the whole thing and how much these small changes helped
I love how you've started to make longer form videos- so much value in each and every one of your videos. No matter how many times you say the same things, everything you say is still so compelling.
Good video bro
*Wishes you all a happy new year 😇 let's begin to be powerful 🔥 not to dominate others so that no one can dominate you
I am 16 years and doing my exercise ☺️*
Good job, brother. 17 here, working out and on 2 slowly growing TH-cam channels.
Whenever I fall back into old habits I keep reminding myself of how much of my youth I missed. Of how much I could be achieving with every second I waste on pointless shit. Thank you Hamza, watching your videos is like having that one gymbro supporting and giving you genuine constructive criticism that's actually HELPFUL. I'm tired of people telling me I shouldn't try too hard or to not be an 'asshole' and treat everyone with respect. Respect should be earned, not given for free.
Hey Hamza,
I know you probably won't read this but I just wanted to say sorry for my behavior in your discord server. I got banned a week ago and have tried to contact moderators from your discord server but I was simply just ignored.
Your youtube channel means a lot to me and so did your discord server as well, since I made a lot of friends on there.
Do you have any advice on what I should do next? Is there any chance I could speak to some moderator or so by any chance?
Thank you
I agree
Am a 15 year old and I took those other type of people advice
It's sucks
So you, your different
I shall listen
Thank you Hamza
Hamza I deeply respect your suggestions and tried to impliment in my life too but actually the main thing that hinders my self development are my studies and assignments cauze they consume a lot of time. If you read this man plz make a short at least on time management. BTW love from Nepal♥♥
Read deep work by cal newport, you can reduce the amount of time you spent studying by increasing your focus during the study session. It really works man trust me i did a lot better in school while not spending that much time studying or working on assignments.
I can help you with your assignments. at a small fee
K xa daju. Ma ni nepal batai ho...din ma one hours exercise garda kei hanper hunxa rw?? Bro...comeon..din ma 25 min ta kamsekam book padha ..
My name is Hygor, i'm brazilian and unfortunately we don't have youtubers who can give advices about life like you, i feel sad about this because i'm just starting to learn english, i can't understand everything you say, i've been watching your videos for almost a month and this is the first time i'm commenting here. But also, i feel grateful for this, because i can learn with you about detox dopamine, exercising and how to be a man, while i learn my favorite language, the english. I won't stop to watching your videos, i promisse i will learn english just to understand more and more about you say, thank you, Hamza!

I started training my Will power when I switched from normal Hot/warm showers to cold showers . We are now in winter and when ever I get in the front of the shower I open the hot water tap and tell myself "You have a choice , you don't take cold showers cuz there is no Hot water . You take cold showers cuz you love then and how it makes you feel during and after the shower"
Honestly Cold showers are amazing for mental health and will power. Its been a 2 weeks that I've been consuming your content Hamza and man I love it
Thanks
Who else says "ADONIS" out loud when Hamza says it
