    I had my heart broken recently and started a regular gym routine. I practice cardio nearly every day: practicing MMA at the gym or going on long night walks with my chosen brother. I just recently started watching your videos and it really opened my mind. I feel so much more masculine now, even though I'm still overweight with a high body fat percentage. Just the other day I got hit on by a girl that I work with. I feel like an Adonis, but I know I'm still a Jeffrey. I'm going to start removing the internet from my life and replacing it with reading and meditation. Thank you for your help, Hamza!

    Just have to say Thank you, I found myself a while back about 3-4 months ago with really bad mental health which was a result of relationship and I just wasn’t doing that great I still tried to workout and eat well but I still wasn’t getting better, I had been watching your videos for a while and for me now it’s more about learning about mental health and I can see I feel much better, the relationship ended and it gave me time to improve my mental health sleep schedules, eating right, less indulgence of social media, less video games and now I feel so much happier, no video games, no social media, more confidence, better self beliefs literally the other day I made a huge shift in my mindset from thinking I can’t to knowing I can and it helped immensely. Still have much too work on but it’s all thanks to you and your movement that I was able to get out of the situation I found myself a few months back. Thank you hamza, I’m sure I can speak for all of us here, that we truly appreciate your efforts and dedication to this movement!

    If you're in a position in which you think you need to wait for the perfect time to actually start doing something. Don't. Don't wait for it. Just start doing it. Please, even if waiting does give you better results I promise you it's never 100% true, not even 50%. When you try asap, you'll fail, struggle, and be put in a position in which you feel like you weren't ready. All this is needed, because learning any trait will come with these hardships regardless if you jumped in at the right time or not. Just thought I'd share what I learned over the years.

    I’m glad to have red pill TH-camrs. I realized how much of a Jeffery I am. It was disappointing how much I could relate to Jeffery instead of Adonis. All the bs everyone told me was making me depressed. When actual men like Hamza and Andrew Tate say that what you need is confidence and power to do things that are hard. I’ve been going to the gym and I feel good every time I go. It’s really fun more people should start going. Thanks to hamza and the red pill community I know that your purpose comes before women and dumb shit. That it’s part of being more masculine to level up and be better.

    Video game addiction is so underrated man. I managed to quit porn, sugar, smoking but always thought there was something else that was destroying my mental, but I kept playing to escape from reality. Now it has been almost a month without video games, which is the longest period for me in 15 years and I feel there is hope again, I am regaining my enthusiasm for life.

  • @herobrine4414
    @herobrine4414 2 ปีที่แล้ว +594

    Hamza, i must say that as a young man who's been following you for a while, i just want to give you this advice:
    Your community (our community) is based on very passionate and therefore loyal people, which is quite impressive and wholsome, but also means that a lot of the feedback you will get on your videos and in general is this kind of cheering "yes-men". And although this doesn't mean it's completely irrelevant, it does mean that you are at risk of losing all feedback from this fanbase.
    I do support your message and it has in fact improved my life a lot, but i really do hope you do not lose sight of all the values that are important.
    And now in plain english, i think that for example how you slander people for half of the video, while it does help for retention and whatnot, i think that it is not helpful at all at this degree and all the demonization and de-humanising or however the fuck you spell that, it's simply not helpful as these people are not evil, they are simply miserable.
    We shouldn't be slandering them and being condescending to this degree, but we should strive to be better than that. Adonis wouldn't slander these people, he would perhaps criticize them or get a bit aggressive but he would in general want to help them and feel bad for them.
    It's not like we live in some Orwellian conspiracy where everyone unites to destroy masculinity, people are simply directionless and need help, not slander. hope you will use this criticism to better yourself and this channel, as i also hope you will succeed but i don't want to sacrifice morals and values for that.
    Mashallah and stay halal, from a fellow arab

    • @goombi1670
      @goombi1670 2 ปีที่แล้ว +59

      I totally agree. Adonis would work to build others up instead of calling them "skinny neck low testosterone" people. Disrespecting others like this will only push others away from his overall helpful and life changing advice. Also, I am kind of tired of the cultish behavior where its "us against the world" and "everyone else is evil." I think Hamza has a great message to share, especially to lost, young men like myself, but I believe he could even reach an even broader audience if he cut out the condescending bullshit.

I appreciate Hamzas Self-Improvement advice but this "war on masculitnity" thing seems overblown and is in my opinion way more of an unfortunate cultural shift than it is a conspiracy. Hamza is like the dad i never had. It's hard to recover from an only female environment. I was raised to be always nice and never throw a tantrum. Now i got to know that its OK to be MALE its okay to be MAD and its okay to STRIVE and PROSPER for the next big thing. I stopped Porn 5 months ago and since that i saw big improvements in my Personality and my Work ethic. I started to think about the things i eat and consume in terms of TV or Internet things. I started to care about my Body again.... a thought that I lost years ago. Working out was never a thing that was missing in my life, but the clean eating was. Porn and too much Internet always led me to a very unhealthy diet. But now I'm back again.

I see this, i start taking action and i know that if i fail or succeed with my plan, my future is guaranteed. The last few months i learned a lot about me. I used to think that i‘m the average student, average IQ guy. But i‘m not. I thought i wasn‘t much smarter than the normal guy because i‘m a guy of masculine nature who spends the minimum of effort and brainpower on school. Because that is not the stuff i want to learn and that is not the stuff i wan‘t to be. Also, I was getting choosing signals from girls that were my type, but with that being said, my friends hated it. They were really passive aggressive and didn't invite me out to places and, truly, it did take a while for me to figure that out. I had no clue why they were acting like that, but it was a massive difference to them. I went from 35% body fat to 12%

    Hamza, please read this because I think it's incredibly important. I'm really thankful for your content and it has changed my life but I need to criticize you man to man.
    For the past weeks/months your ego/hatred has slowly been replacing your sympathy. I completely understand how angry it makes you that people are spreading advice that causes men to unal!ve them selves more, because it makes me sick to my stomach as well. But I feel that this hatred you have is blinding you to the fact that these people are not trying to be evil on purpose. They should educate them selves more on the topics and be shown sympathy by people like you, because like you said. You have the most power of anyone in this movement and most importantly you know what it is like to be in their shoes. Even if you don't think they should get sympathy then you should agree with the fact that people don't change their views when they are shouted at with hatred and called evil, and if you truly want to change as many lives as possible you should show just a little more sympathy.
    Everyone makes mistakes and I truly hope you can take this in the way it was meant, from one tribe member to another.
    Keep up the content, much love from Iceland

    Could you make a video about bullying in middle/high school (bullying based on behaviour/personality)?
    I myself have been bullied for being weak-minded and whiny, but then I realized that I needed to change my behaviour. Nowadays, life in in school is so much easier thanks to me learning how to respect myself and improve myself. Personally, most bully victims in school must have done something to provoke the bullying. I feel that bullying would be much less of a problem if more guys learned how to be stronger. I do not condone bullying, but if you are bullied for your actions/behaviour (being the annoying kid, the whiny kid, the weirdo, etc.), then you must have done something to deserve it. Read deep work by cal newport, you can reduce the amount of time you spent studying by increasing your focus during the study session. It really works man trust me i did a lot better in school while not spending that much time studying or working on assignments.

    My name is Hygor, i'm brazilian and unfortunately we don't have youtubers who can give advices about life like you, i feel sad about this because i'm just starting to learn english, i can't understand everything you say, i've been watching your videos for almost a month and this is the first time i'm commenting here. But also, i feel grateful for this, because i can learn with you about detox dopamine, exercising and how to be a man, while i learn my favorite language, the english. I won't stop to watching your videos, i promisse i will learn english just to understand more and more about you say, thank you, Hamza!

    I started training my Will power when I switched from normal Hot/warm showers to cold showers . We are now in winter and when ever I get in the front of the shower I open the hot water tap and tell myself "You have a choice , you don't take cold showers cuz there is no Hot water . You take cold showers cuz you love then and how it makes you feel during and after the shower"
    Honestly Cold showers are amazing for mental health and will power. Its been a 2 weeks that I've been consuming your content Hamza and man I love it
    Thanks
