I’m 25 and haven’t engaged in any sexual activity. However, Hamza I am very grateful for you because you flipped the switch in my life. I have been on self-improvement for a year and I’m getting more good looking & aesthetic training daily at 4 am. My time will come soon I’m not rushing it.
I discovered hamza approx 2 years ago, legit hamza you changed my whole life, i was a skinny kid and i cannot afford gym due to some financial problems but my dad brought me dumbbells and skipping ropes, i started doing home workout, meditate for 5 mins daily, eating healthy. You might think im lying but i haven't touched pizza for almost 2 years (pizza was my favourite). I started reading books, made a lot freinds, and now im living a healthy positive and a chad life, ( now im 15 i discovered hamza at 13) thanks hamza love your content,

I'm actually scared at how much men are now being forced to become women while women are trying to become men cause that's exactly what's happening here it's like they trying to switch our roles ,first by invading our space and then eventually they will, want us to switch with them , but I'm glad I found this community of real men who still belive in being men . Hamza I truly hope your movement grows
i literally got goosebumps because i do every single habit he explained in this video and feel the same exact way he described it. thank you hamza for helping me with my self improvement journey. sometimes it feels like i will never get out of this negative cycle, but i will continue trying. we all gonna make it brahs
Young men around the world NEED this sort of honest AND insightful talk, Hamza. Don’t ever stop. I don’t know you, brother, but I am proud of your work. 🏆

I used to be addicted to video games a lot, I had already tried cutting down but after discovering this channel a few months ago and learned about dopamine detoxing, I had went maybe a month or two with absolutely no video games. At first it's hard but then it feels like nothing, you don't even feel like playing games anymore. Recently I have been playing a couple hours a week where I'll just log on and play with my cousin on the weekends but i'm 100% sure this channel helped me fight the addiction of video games and it's helped me with other stuff too. Even though this isn't directly related to the video video games are still a habit which can get very bad. Thanks Hamza
Thats awesome dude. I just kinda got bored of video games when I got older, but just a few days ago I finished my finals and I decided to play some video games to release. It was great at first, but when it carried over to the 2nd and 3rd day, I felt like I was slowly being poisoned and consumed. I eventually shouted, wtf am i doing with my time?. And just closed it.
@@jasonshih3633 That's what happened to me as well. I used to play so much but then the exams arrived so I had to cut it by force, went a month without playing videogames. It felt nice playing for a weekend after I finished my exams, then again, another month without games, another weekend of games. Right now I'm finally free but I'm playing a bit too much again (Warzone 2.0 lmao), I'm looking for a job now!

As a man who used to struggle with depression these are the most helpful things I can think of: -Take Risks, don't let the fear of failure stop you from trying something new or something great -Do things that genuinely scare you or that you're afraid of (Even little things like climbing onto a roof and helping to put up Christmas lights if you're afraid of heights or saying something to the cute cashier girl other than "hi" and "thanks") -Pursue an ambitious goal, one that a lot of people don't believe you can achieve (It doesn't even matter if you fail this because no matter what the pursuit of an ambitious goal will make you a better person and give you fulfillment) With that being said, do your best to succeed -Have a passion, basically this means to find a hobby that you enjoy so much that you will spend hours and hours getting better at it -Study history, pick a role model, and then analyze the traits of your role model and list the reasons why you admire them. Then start to emulate these traits in your everyday life and eventually you will become your own role model. -Don't ever quit something just because it's hard (You can quit a crappy job if it's not the right fit for you, but never quit solely based on the fact that something is difficult). Embrace challenges and look for opportunities to improve yourself mentally, physically, and spiritually. -Never put yourself down. Try not to think negative things about yourself and especially never say them out loud. You will think more highly of yourself when you say positive things about yourself, at the very least avoid putting yourself down on purpose. -Live purposefully. Have a direction for your life and if you don't already have one, make one. Decide what's most important to you and live accordingly. If you have a family or even a single loved one, your first priority (other than serving God if you're religious) should be to provide for them, to protect them, and to help them become the best version of themselves -Develop Integrity. I can't even explain how much this increases your self-repsect. Be honest, be trustworthy, don't cheat (unless you're in a street fight) and live with honor. -Find a hobby that you're really passionate about and strive to become a master at it -Finally, probably the most important thing I can say is to think less about yourself. Think less about yourself but not less of yourself. In other words, think about other people before you think about yourself, especially your family and loved ones. If you're focused on helping them with their problems I can promise you that your problems will become less important and less troublesome. Look for opportunities to help others and make them feel better about themselves. Nothing lifts you out of depression better than helping someone out of theirs. I hope this helps. I realize that some people are genetically predisposed to having a harder time with depression, but I believe that there's nothing you can't overcome with a strong mindset. In addition, I strongly believe that going through depression and having such terrible lows actually gives you the capacity to feel even greater happiness and joy. The reason I say this is because when you feel genuine joy after being depressed for so long you can't help but feel grateful. The beauty of life is that we are meant to experience the full range of human emotions, from happiness to anger to jealousy to despair to joy. We couldn't feel genuine happiness if we never knew what it was like to be sad. If I could talk to whoever is reading this face-to-face, what I would say to you would be simple: don't quit. A quote from Winston Churchill kept me going in times when I thought I had nothing left, he said: "If you're going through Hell, keep going." Everything in life can be and is meant to be an opportunity to make yourself better, and depression is no exception. Keep fighting, all of you are descended from warriors no matter what culture or country you are from. You wouldn't be here today if it weren't for the conquering spirit of your ancestors. Live a life that would make them proud. While most of us will not fight in physical wars, no one is exempt from the battlefield of life. Depression can be a battle every single day, every single second in some cases. Keep fighting, it will only get better. And the more you fight, the more you will gain respect for yourself. I've conquered my depression. Every now and then it will start to try and creep back into my mind but I don't let it. I destroy those feelings with action. I go lift weights, I go running, I listen to metal music, whatever it takes for me to regain my confidence. You can conquer depression, no matter how severe it is. That doesn't mean you'll never have days where you feel down, but it does mean that you'll have the strength to push through and do what you need to do as a man regardless of how you're feeling. Stay strong, stay hard, and fight like dragons 🐉 You're going to be very glad you did.
Things to ask yourself before you start/continue a habit: -How much money is it putting in my masculine net worth or actual net worth -Will it reduce my chances of starting a relationship -Who will the habit attract -What will the one I look up to say to me when I indulge in such {e.g your dad, Hamza, Mohammed Ali, etc} -Can I do it with confidence -Is it the same habits that someone like Mohammed Ali, Larry King, Hamza, Ronaldo, Zelensky or any other strong man will take up If it is mostly positive it is best to start the habit but if it is negetive then do all things it takes to stop the habit to becoming a compulsion as compulsion leads to complication and complication leads to death mentally, physically or emotional (in rare cases like drug use it can lead to actual death). Stay strong brothers!
I agree with 4th habit. To reach our highest potential, we must battle the biggest adversary of all - ourselves. By mastering the mind and learning to control it, success will be within our grasp!
Selfhelp media can be adicting because it feels like being productive in stet off doing the actual work. Or brain whats to feel comfortable, It al comes down to discipline en action.
Hamza, your perseption of bad and evil thoughts, Its really amazing that you understood it that way all by yourself. You know whats more amazing? I as an Orthodox Christian see coorilations with what you saying with actual teaching of The Orthodox Church. Your perseption of dealing with bad thoughts is practically the same. Look into Orthodox Christianity my brothers, it has so much wisdom and teaches us things that Hamza actually may come to by himself, and maybe you will find some more wisdom or habits to follow. May God be with you brothers.

don't bottle up your emotions, you can be emotional, but don't be a wimp. when you have issues, when things are hard, you can feel free to talk about it, you can seek help to work through it, but don't just wallow in misery wishing you were better. be a man and fix it. getting help is sometimes necessary.
I’m 13 years old. I don’t watch PH at all, I believe in religion (Christianity but I respect other ones too), I do play video games and only have 2 social media apps, youtube and discord (discord because of some of the brothers) and youtube because I usually don’t play games at all if i have a conversation, and youtube makes me feel like I am talking with people, even when I’m not. I worked out for 50 days and I have no plan to stop. Also, I can easily overtake PH, so I almost overcame the stimulation, I only need to overcome video games (They are easy to overcome) and social media is kind of required (due to my brothers) I am soon gonna workout in like an hour, and I also legit don’t need a phone or anything, all I want is to talk to people. Do the hard work, especially when you don’t feel like it. :D Update : 3 months since my workout, I got a little amount of gains.

Hey man I've been having negative thought for the past couple days, and they wouldn't go away so I prayed about it and today I get this video and it helped so much thank you for improving my day.
I think it's good to be masculine and feminine. In eleven rings, musashi says that a warrior should have balance of being able to slay his enemies but then to also embrace the beauty of flowers.
Finally some good comment that can understand the world is not only black or only white, but it has shades. Thanks 🙏🏻 And to the other people that will read this: please stay away from every form of extremism (left or right wing it doesn’t matter)
Just look at the ratio of testosterone to estrogen in a healthy man. It is not balanced at all. All balancing acts are not healthy. What Musahi means is that "It is better to be a warrior in the garden rather than gardener in war".
He clearly don't know what being feminine is. It's just being in touch with your emotions. It has nothing to do to tell and show it to other people. Being in touch with your emotions, make you actually more logical.
@@rektagon Of course, that was the point I was making. I was implying that being healthy whether in body or mind does not have to be based on the perception of balance being synonyms with equality. I was trying to negate the popular perception that says balance is equality or near equality. Hope it is clear now.
Habit 2 is absolute facts, you give into these emotions it lets a young guys guard down and makes them vulnerable then some evil ass can take advantage of that and it can absolutely break a guy when a toxic person takes them emotions and plays with them or absolutely stabs them in the back and leaves them feeling lost. Thank you for saving men Hamza.
its a good thought but at the same time i dont think as men we shouldnt bottle up our emotions learning more emotional maturity we should be telling young men, dont outwardly share your emotions cause like you said you can be taken advantage of insteadwe should be learning to use those emotions to fuel a project. if you angry about something go do that thing you need to work on, your upset go do that thing you always wanted to do. emotions are energy dont let that energy die out or bottle it up use. Emotional maturity is what we need learning how to use that energy to our advantage so we come out on top.
I've heard about this idea that when a women sees your cry, her respect for you diminishes. I've talked about it to some girls and women and they were immediately like "no! I respect that a man can trust me like that " and all that crap. But then I talked to my brother, and we were in front of some girls, and he agreed with me and immediately after, they all were like, disagreeing and all that. It is so messed up how mixed up the whole world is rn
Such a very good video. The last point was destroying me. I had a relationship for almost 2 years and the last year i knew i had to quit it. But i didn't quit, instead i kept going and damage myself and almost lost myself. I became a big overthinker and also had many panic attacks. Than eventually i quit my relationship and slow with big help from hamza things get beter now.
Number 2 is a big misconception. There is a huge differance between weakness and vulnerability. Its no ok to be weak. But its important to be able to be vulnerable at times. Look at Jordan Peterson. He shows his emotional side and even cries in one scenario and he knows when to be stoic and assertive as fuck in another scenario. Its all about context. The man I admired and loved the most was quite masculine and it made me rest in my feminine. But he also made me fall for him with his vulnerable side. It was what build the emotional intimacy between us...the key to an authentic, connected relationship. And he was a strong, masculine man. Never mistake vulnerability for weakness. A man who is a big, cold, stoic rock always....thats intimidating fellas. I dont know how emotionally connect to that. Good relationships involve emotions.
Thanks to men like you, Hamza I realized how far behind in life I was not because I was afraid to die, I was afraid to live. I've made so many improvements so far and I realized that complacency= death of me= death of my future son/ daughter.

It is amazing it is like you are describing my past self I had the same problem with the corn thing. You are great Hamza thank you for your videos. Let´s bring back Masculinity!!!
Few points: 1. Andrew huberman touches on porn addiction by saying it's much more impactful to change the action than change the thought behind it. Don't try to guilt yourself out of the habit - make BETTER choices and praise them to yourself. 2. Understand how you feel and your emotions but don't put them all on your shoulder. Don't tell everyone every feeling but open up to and talk to your boys when you go through things, we all need to be weak some days so be weak to a brother who understands.

@@dmzzvlence9752 my brother you have such a nice routine, there is no possibility that you can actually make it any better, the best thing you can do is cutting down on your job time you should take those 20-30 minutes break and hustle in between those times. Respect to you
watched this on your "making videos" stream. seeing that, and now the final product... it's beautiful, bro. the editing, your presence on camera and the content itself are all so on point. this is ART.
Remember and identify whether your "habit" is only a habit or truly, an addiction? Habits can and are broken on a daily basis, such as adjusting to the habit of driving on the opposite side of the road if you visit UK (I know, a weird example), but others are an addiction such as porn, video games, etc. because they are hard to break. But at the end of the day, it's in our heads.
Speaking of indecisiveness, it becomes even worse when you want everything perfect. One tip is tell yourself that done is better perfect, this doesnt mean that you should not think before you decide, but if you dont have much time to decide then consider what the consequences are of both decisions and whatever you choose whether its good or bad, take responsibility for it.
Hamza, I am a woman and I've been watching your videos for months now. Thank you for these amazing videos, it's so helpful for women as well. I now know what I should look for in a man, I now understand how masculine energy works and how amazing and important is to have a man who embraces his power and dominates the relationship, and take care of me. I now want to be submissive for whoever my future partner will be, and embrace my feminity. Thank you!
Decision fatigue and overthinking is definitely a very bad habit. But I think as you develop confidence making decisions becomes a lot easier because you’re more secure with your values and beliefs and make decisions that align with them. That’s my take on it at least
ngl she straight up told me i’m more emotional then an average woman and i make a big deal about anything and everything and that i complain to much… after she told me that, i started self-improvement i’m so happy with the way things are now because i see myself growing as a man everyday i’ve changed the way i act… i can confidently say i’m not a mentally/emotional unstable boy anymore… and i say that with a smile, i’m genuinely proud of myself💪🏽 also started goin to the gym
Just on a personal level, I don't think that men should want to open up and become "feminine" but I do think that it is okay that some people open up and recognize what their emotions actually are. I don't see myself growing into a "feminine" lifestyle, but I do see myself growing into a life of emotional maturity while still acting as a "man." When I was younger, I had anger issues and it came from me not understanding what i was feeling and the fact that I had just bottled up all my emotions. I'm not even stepping into the suicidal stuff or statistics, this is just me. @Hamza , I'm curious what you think if you see this.
Habit three is so true, I’ve always felt like the feminist movement was really odd, every time my parents mentioned it. Now this sounds really bad, but I genuinely don’t think there is any situation or environment where women are being oppressed (in my country at least, I know it’s different for every place) And don’t get me wrong I am all for equality, but I heavily dislike the hate some men get for having regular thoughts and not being submissive. Great video man
I do believe that it’s healthy as a man to be in touch with your feminine side and express that occasionally, but I agree with Hamza that you can NEVER be controlled by it. If I want to express my emotions, I will set aside time intentionally for that, like during a journaling session or a psychedelic trip, and make sure it doesn’t interfere with my work/purpose. Oh, and never trust your emotions while you’re depressed or in a negative state.
Yes i also agree with you. I don't think I've smiled while I'm outside. People in the gym literally kinda fear me because I've never smiled and I fear to smile because I feel I'll become vulnerable because of that. My trainer literally feared to talk to me and told his wife to talk to me about my training program and stuff and he's a professional bodybuilder
People are complaining and saying bad about you as if they are being forced to take your advice. I’m taking your advice and you are a life saver man. These are really helpful tips thanks so much 🙏
I'm not saying men should open up to random women, but if you can't share your feelings with the woman you want to marry and live your life with... there is a problem. Why being together then ? I firmly believe both should be able to count on each other, even more during tough times. It's not about crying for nothing every day, it's about being able to communicate, being able to let it go without being judged, having someone listening to us even if they don't know how to solve the problem, just listen, take your pain away, telling you there will be better days. No one likes weak folks, they are annoying, but going through hard times is not being weak. We all have those days we want to f everything up, just give up and disappear to start over somewhere else where no one knows who we are. When those days come, having someone we can share our pain or sadness with is important. Our parents should do that, once we grow up it's our friends, and later our partner. If they can't support us in such a way, how will they be able to be a good parent ?
I can't fully agree with Habit #2. Being overly emotional to the point of self-pity would definitely make you less attractive, and you should strive to control your emotions, but never sharing those deep parts with your significant other seems incredibly unhealthy.
Yeah i also disagreed on that part and had the same thought as yours, like aren't healthy relationships supposed to help each other overcome their struggles and emotions? or is it just me?
You can share your issues with your partner whilst not being overly emotional about it. Have a normal conversation about what's bothering you, instead of crying and throwing a tantrum about it in front of your partner. It's very unattractive, crying in front of them makes you look weak and feminine.
"Fighting ur thoughts is a horrible idea" my man u said fact this think is literally backfiring urself the best way to avoid thoughts is not to ignore or react rather u have to focus on what u are doing earlier before arriving negative or intrusive thought as per my experience ,when u r doing some work like reading a book or seeing a movie u suddenly got a thought And the think u have to do is to just focus on ur work rather reacting to it the thoughts are harmless until or unless u react to it it or u try to ignore just be aware that the thoughts are arriving and get back to ur work rather than reacting to it and one thing u have to keep it in ur mind is that the thoughts will never ever Vanishes or dissappear it will be on loop specially the one which scares u but at the end its just a thought ❤️ thank u hamza
Your first point about small dick anxiety is unfortunately very relatable. I don’t watch porn anymore but that insecurity still follows me around even though I know definitively that I’m above average and I’ve never had an issue pleasuring a woman. It’s ridiculous.

1. Agree 150% with this. 2. There's a lot of gray area with this. You can be EXTREMELY emotional, but have insane levels of self control. 3. Whether you are a victim or not, you need to keep moving forward. 4. This can't always be helped. 5. Everyday menial decisions I can excuse. But yes, major life decisions are important.
Finally someone who doesn't blindly follow Hamza. I agree with around 90% of what he says but, I have to say that point #2 is a very narrow minded way of thinking and I hope he can in the future see the broader perspective (Or explain it better). It also goes back against stuff he said in other videos of his, check out : th-cam.com/video/q0RCqT-OZ_g/w-d-xo.html&ab_channel=Hamza (In the Chad section where Chad confides in his woman that he had a negative thought and they work together on a plan to defeat it instead of bottling it in and thinking that she's cheating on him like the Jeffrey character does)
@@x_theandrey9614 I think he speaks from experience but like ye the emotion part kind of is a gray area, guys like Jordan Peterson, Ronaldo, super stoic men that have an emotional side to them, maybe it’s innate and almost like a prerequisite for their energy as a whole but it’s not bad. I’m a guy who laughs all the time, if I make eye contact with someone on the street, a professor, bar guy I feel like bursting out laughing, to remedy this issue I often avoid eye contact with makes me look like weak or incompetent but through meditation the severity of this has gone down but to this day I still have that 15 year old in my head laughing at everything. Hope it wasn’t too long of a read just sharing a story, keep grinding
Your speech at 08:48 gave me chills, I couldn't agree more from my own personal journey I suffered from severe depression for several years, and although it did help to talk it out with someone, (why having a bro to talk to can be great^) what helped the most was embracing my masculinity more, working out, studying hard, and accepting that discomfort is normal and beneficial to my mental and physical growth. Now I'm in my best shape both mind and body, and pursuing my passion for making Blender (3d software) tutorials! Keep up the awesome content man you're helping a ton of people, everyone reading this should also remember that there are plenty of companies that profit off of us being weak, fast food, porn, cigarettes, the list goes on, you can think of that as you will, but if you want to see change you have to invest time in yourself and strengthen not just your body but your mind too, that's the key to getting past depression, and sure meds can help but let me tell you unless your depression has no source (like unexplainable depression) meds can help but they don't help you tackle underlying psychological issues, but do you know what does? Quitting addiction, healthy habits, improving yourself, and if you can having someone you can talk to like Hamza suggests in this video. And honestly haven't seen a single bad video from Hamza when it comes to improving your mind and body! If you feel weak, accept it and most importantly start doing something about it! :) Note: I'm not a qualified medical professional but I know a lot about depression and have spent a lot of time learning how to better myself and have made drastic improvements literally from laughing maniacally in my room suffering from shear dread and hopelessness to, in my best shape ever, excelling in 3D, learned the first two levels of Japanese in one year, and helping and inspiring the people I care about, or so they tell me :D
Hamza! I have been doing ice baths for the last few days and I can't describe how good it feels. It feels like I'm operating at a higher level of consciousness for hours afterwards.
I agree with this entire list. The worst habit I say is porn. It drains you of energy, steals your sleep, steals your time, steals your masculinity and zest

Last habit was my nightmare, i had one girl one time she was talkative and allways kind for over 2 years but the idea of being with her was just not acceptable to me cuz i couldnt be better version of my self if i get what i want for free, but still couldnt break up with her and had nightmare everyday with overthinking which was my mistake, 2years later she broke up with me by her self saying god is mad at us and we shouldnt be doing all that, i got mentaly fked and depression for over 2weeks regreting that she was the one who got bored of me when i was litteraly annoyed and disgusted by her all the time ,my advice is if you ever get into hard over thinking make the hardest decision you ever think about ,you're brain allways give you what better for him and you ,its okay to be bad

I recommend only playing on weekends and then cutting down every week by 5 minutes or so
@@jasonshih3633 That's what happened to me as well. I used to play so much but then the exams arrived so I had to cut it by force, went a month without playing videogames.

As a man who used to struggle with depression these are the most helpful things I can think of:
-Take Risks, don't let the fear of failure stop you from trying something new or something great
-Do things that genuinely scare you or that you're afraid of (Even little things like climbing onto a roof and helping to put up Christmas lights if you're afraid of heights or saying something to the cute cashier girl other than "hi" and "thanks")
-Pursue an ambitious goal, one that a lot of people don't believe you can achieve (It doesn't even matter if you fail this because no matter what the pursuit of an ambitious goal will make you a better person and give you fulfillment) With that being said, do your best to succeed
-Have a passion, basically this means to find a hobby that you enjoy so much that you will spend hours and hours getting better at it
-Study history, pick a role model, and then analyze the traits of your role model and list the reasons why you admire them.
If you have a family or even a single loved one, your first priority (other than serving God if you're religious) should be to provide for them, to protect them, and to help them become the best version of themselves
-Develop Integrity. I can't even explain how much this increases your self-repsect. Be honest, be trustworthy, don't cheat (unless you're in a street fight) and live with honor.
-Find a hobby that you're really passionate about and strive to become a master at it
-Finally, probably the most important thing I can say is to think less about yourself.
A quote from Winston Churchill kept me going in times when I thought I had nothing left, he said: "If you're going through Hell, keep going."
Everything in life can be and is meant to be an opportunity to make yourself better, and depression is no exception.

Things to ask yourself before you start/continue a habit:
-How much money is it putting in my masculine net worth or actual net worth
-Will it reduce my chances of starting a relationship
-Who will the habit attract
-What will the one I look up to say to me when I indulge in such {e.g your dad, Hamza, Mohammed Ali, etc}
-Can I do it with confidence
-Is it the same habits that someone like Mohammed Ali, Larry King, Hamza, Ronaldo, Zelensky or any other strong man will take up
If it is mostly positive it is best to start the habit but if it is negetive then do all things it takes to stop the habit to becoming a compulsion as compulsion leads to complication and complication leads to death mentally, physically or emotional (in rare cases like drug use it can lead to actual death). I think it's good to be masculine and feminine. In eleven rings, musashi says that a warrior should have balance of being able to slay his enemies but then to also embrace the beauty of flowers.
Finally some good comment that can understand the world is not only black or only white, but it has shades. Thanks 🙏🏻
And to the other people that will read this: please stay away from every form of extremism (left or right wing it doesn’t matter)
@@YskarAlbumLuna Lol🤣🤦Of course, being an emotional slob makes you Sherlock Holmes.😏
As a young man I have a experience with 2nd one from then on I approached Stoicism and mental stability
its a good thought but at the same time i dont think as men we shouldnt bottle up our emotions learning more emotional maturity we should be telling young men, dont outwardly share your emotions cause like you said you can be taken advantage of insteadwe should be learning to use those emotions to fuel a project. if you angry about something go do that thing you need to work on, your upset go do that thing you always wanted to do. emotions are energy dont let that energy die out or bottle it up use.

Decision fatigue and overthinking is definitely a very bad habit. But I think as you develop confidence making decisions becomes a lot easier because you’re more secure with your values and beliefs and make decisions that align with them. That’s my take on it at least
ngl she straight up told me i’m more emotional then an average woman and i make a big deal about anything and everything and that i complain to much… after she told me that, i started self-improvement
i’m so happy with the way things are now because i see myself growing as a man everyday

Tell Jim I refer you to him for a life changing investment opportunity, that will change your financial life..........
"Good advice is often annoying, bad advice never is"
Habit three is so true, I’ve always felt like the feminist movement was really odd, every time my parents mentioned it. Now this sounds really bad, but I genuinely don’t think there is any situation or environment where women are being oppressed (in my country at least, I know it’s different for every place) And don’t get me wrong I am all for equality, but I heavily dislike the hate some men get for having regular thoughts and not being submissive. Great video man
Tiktok most definitely helped with this "message" its practically all you see on there, glad ive deleted it.
There isnt such thing as equality, there will never be and there is not any reason for it.
I honestly think pornography should be banned in most countries.

7:20 hamza how the hell does showing your natural human feelings, a sign of feminity, with the person you trust and love bruh
Because that's not how relationships work? At least healthy ones where the man is masculine and the woman femenine
"Fighting ur thoughts is a horrible idea" my man u said fact this think is literally backfiring urself the best way to avoid thoughts is not to ignore or react rather u have to focus on what u are doing earlier before arriving negative or intrusive thought as per my experience ,when u r doing some work like reading a book or seeing a movie u suddenly got a thought
And the think u have to do is to just focus on ur work rather reacting to it the thoughts are harmless until or unless u react to it it or u try to ignore just be aware that the thoughts are arriving and get back to ur work rather than reacting to it and one thing u have to keep it in ur mind is that the thoughts will never ever
Vanishes or dissappear it will be on loop specially the one which scares u but at the end its just a thought ❤️ thank u hamza
i highly reccomend the book : The Power Of Habits. its a great book that goes into detail how habits are formed and how to break/make them.
Your first point about small dick anxiety is unfortunately very relatable. I don’t watch porn anymore but that insecurity still follows me around even though I know definitively that I’m above average and I’ve never had an issue pleasuring a woman. It’s ridiculous.
oi oi go on lad
Got any tips on how to stop watching porn? Cuz currently that’s what I’m trying to do
@@Pricefiddler try focus on smth much more time consuming, like how to learn more about nature space etc. once it distracts u enough u disassociate from p0rn entirely like i have done
@@Pricefiddler just speak to the woman you are attracted to in public .Just speak to woman in general don’t see them as objects they take dookies ,and stink just like you do .They are humans we all are so stay up .I’m bouta smash rn .
I thankfully became a lot more decisive over the years. Having confidence in myself that I will own any situation I will get myself into helps quite a lot

You forgot to mention
Not exercising everyday ❤
Because in my personal life when I used to not exercise back in the day
I was miserable and depressed always but now days I am a strong fit and healthy individual
I workout a lot and I feel happier everyday especially when I pick up my skipping rope and start skipping
exercising is definitely the best bang for your buck when improving mental and physical health

while exercising almost everydady is a great decision, taking a day off is also beneficial for your muscles and bones for them to have a day to grow.
Don’t forget 1-2 rest days a week bro
Don’t exercise every day over training is real it sucks i exercise 5x a week
Weak women = NO problem
Strong woman = NO problem
Strong man = NO problem
WEAK MAN = USELESS (WEAK MAN is not even a problem he is useless..the world makes him useless)
I love how he puts less efforts in editing and other accessories like Mike and shit..and make SUCH useful content..
If I had chance you would be my Brother whom I would share everything 🤍..
LOVE YOU FAM..
Note: I'm not a qualified medical professional but I know a lot about depression and have spent a lot of time learning how to better myself and have made drastic improvements literally from laughing maniacally in my room suffering from shear dread and hopelessness to, in my best shape ever, excelling in 3D, learned the first two levels of Japanese in one year, and helping and inspiring the people I care about, or so they tell me :D
Hamza! I have been doing ice baths for the last few days and I can't describe how good it feels. It feels like I'm operating at a higher level of consciousness for hours afterwards.

Grateful that a person like Hamza exists.
I agree with this entire list. The worst habit I say is porn. It drains you of energy, steals your sleep, steals your time, steals your masculinity and zest
18:31... To MY DUDES, This is a 1000% fact... Just try keeping a journal, and you'll be less stressed... GO!!!!

Bruh I love how u are able to tell ur mistakes and all so freely becoz u realised ur mistake and know the solution to and u can share the problem and the solution to others. I just love ur vids bro u deserve sooo much more I swear, I hope and pray u be more successful later in life
Last habit was my nightmare, i had one girl one time she was talkative and allways kind for over 2 years but the idea of being with her was just not acceptable to me cuz i couldnt be better version of my self if i get what i want for free, but still couldnt break up with her and had nightmare everyday with overthinking which was my mistake, 2years later she broke up with me by her self saying god is mad at us and we shouldnt be doing all that, i got mentaly fked and depression for over 2weeks regreting that she was the one who got bored of me when i was litteraly annoyed and disgusted by her all the time ,my advice is if you ever get into hard over thinking make the hardest decision you ever think about ,you're brain allways give you what better for him and you ,its okay to be bad
I do all of the bad habits… I will work to change them
thank you
Bruh aint no way someone is going to cancel you, u literally helped me changed my life and people too.
