is it the same process to print on hoodies as well
instead of parchment paper, use Teflon paper and tape it top of your press. That will save you a lot of time.
Heat transfer tape, right? And what is the best way to tape the Teflon onto the top of your press without the tape being in the way or causing problems?
There are a lot of professionals that recommend parchment paper over teflon because with teflon you have to adjust your temps higher because it can hinder the heat transfer. For myself, it's only parchment paper because I have pet birds in the house and teflon can be very deadly to them because of the fumes that come from it when it's over heated.
Anyone uses butcher paper
Parchment makes it more matt vs shiny
Definitely use magnets not tape to attach it.
That line accident is actually dope it gives it a uniqueness Crazy 🔥🔥🔥🔥
I saw the line, missed what he said about it. I read @officials'.. ..comments, went back saw the line and its uniqueness is the..
I don't comment a lot, but man you understand how to make a simple to the point video that answers most questions! Great job.
I appreciate that!
@@ASneakerLifehow much should you sell a shirt, if you gotta cover taxes, shipping, vinyl used, shirt, business card, poly bag, custom size tag, prize tag plus if you wanna keep a $25-$30 profit ...
Thank you for simplicity AND detail. That's an AWEsome combination.... Had my setup for months, Sep 8, first time using, yesterday. '23.
Same! Got mine in feb this year but I need to get the ball rolling!!
This best simple explanation so far that’s all I need.
Super easy, super chill, and super informative. Appreciate the knowledge 🫡
Great video man! Short and sweet and very clear instructions. I’m going to try to make my own T-Shirt here soon.❤
This has been the most helpfull video in the subject by far that I have found!
Awesome, thank you!
Thanks Mike I'm going to buy my 17 yr old a press machine so he can start doing his thing. Great Tutorial 👍🏿
You wouldn't happen to be my mom would you? 😅
Good luck!
@@ASneakerLifewhat else could you use instead of a heat press? An iron I suppose ?
With the transfer on dark colors how are you not having any white border? Know what I’m saying?
Yoo what specific blank tees do you buy? I like that long style fit, thanks for the great video !
Dope, i like the fact that it stretches with the fabric giving it a high quality feel. I got a tee once that didn't hold up very well upon first use lol
Man thank you for keeping it basic been looking to make my own brand you’ve helped me so much thank you thank you thank you 🙏
10 months late but just got myself a little heat press and I appreciate this short and simple vid🙏🏾 I’m going to try that temp and time settings
THANK YOU FOR MAKING THIS VIDEO AND KEEPING IT REAL .
for sure thanks for watching!
Thanks for a no bs video. Straight to the point. If you don't mind me asking. What blank shirt do you use? Specifically that dark green shirt you have on the video. Looks really nice. Thanks in advance.
That line made it really cool tho
Getting me motivated for 2024, what size press you using in the video?
Heatpressnation
Bruh I just wanna print MY designs and press ‘‘em on shirts without ordering nothing online is that even possible
Naah fam
Yes, I think you’d need the printer to print your designs onto the heat transfer paper.
Once your business grows then it’s easy but it’s expensive to get the actual printer. Search DTF printer and you’ll see.
Yes it’s possible. You just need a printer that will use the special sublimation ink you need a4 transfer paper also a heat press and laptop. The rest is up to you
Yes it is
As an artist, I've been planning this kind of business for months now. haha
super helpful compared to other videos I've found - thank you so much!
Thank-you needed this as I've just got my heat press ready to go
Thank you I been wanting to make company shirts
Thanks for being direct and to the point! Definately subscribing!
The line actually fit perfectly 😂😂
Do you have any recommendations on press machines that you've worked with and or heard about that i SHOULD NOT fux with? cheers from SF
I am adding heat press transfers to my studio where i screen print, a few tips i found out is use Teflon paper not parchment paper, also you can get heat resistant tape which you can use to hold the graphic in place so it does'nt slide around ! Id also say a heat press is a must for using transfers any movement from using an iron for example with distort the graphic ! Great video !
Been watching you for years. Never disappoints
thanks!!
Love the idea of wearing my favorite quotes on t-shirts! Thanks for the inspiration, @fastdtftransfer! 💬👕
Ngl tht line made tht shirt decent lol
Me too, lol,I ain't fine the line look bad.💁🏼♂️💁🏼♂️💁🏼♂️💁🏼♂️
that line actually looks good at the bottom
This is an awesome tutorial, thank you
I like it with the line
I would love to see a video of your design process and starting a brand!
that is the question. I do not think they are design people, they are not artist like fine art or AI on the computer. I think they just buy decals or designs from a different company so the design is already done by someone. All I see here is put the Shirt, and the design and press it that is all. I do watercolor and oil, ceramics. You can take a photo of a tree and a house, and then you will sketch that onto your paper then apply colors with your brushes and paint. You do have a good question.

That line looks like a part of design
Straight to the point thanks!

Very Good Video. I learned a lot

Great video. Can I ask what the exact heat press model you're using in this is? Looking on heatpressnation now.
Thank you. I have the machine, shirt, and transfer paper and I was so lost on HOW to start.🤦🏾♀️🤷🏾♀️
I was just about to look up a video for this and you popped up 💪💪💪
Very nice and quick to the point video. Thanks.

Thank you Mike. your videos is a great help.
Hey man, I love this video it's helped alot, but, can you press hoodies as well?
The line is 🔥
Hello. this is great info. I didn't know you need transfer designs. I thought you just need to print it using a printer!
It still looked dope with the line
Very nice and professional. 👍
All i wanted go know is where you get the designs from and how to create your own designs
What am I doing wrong? I preheat to 350 I press shirt pick up top put the transfer on use parchment paper on it for 20 to 30 seconds let it cool peel n only half the transfer sticks on shirt I’m getting so frustrated please help me
Awesome video!
Could you tell us how much it costs for a large logo like you did, assuming we already own the machine? Like, for tha paper, the custom logo, the ink, how much is required?
It still looks nice
When you do the larger designs does it feel like a big piece of plastic on the shirt that sticks to you?
First time watching thanks for the info new sub !!!!
guys quick question- is heat pressing a shirt how you get that rough texture that feels chunky?? and peels off pretty quick? or is that the result of a different method?
Great Tutorial 🫡
I subscribed to the Channel.
Bro I love the line
Any suggestions where I can buy inexpensive tshirts, mugs etc?
gonna need the hookup on the site you get those tee's having a hard time finding good tee's that arent taxing
What do you use to print out the design?
Do you use any printers ? Also what kind do you recommend and are good for their pricing. I want to start this kind of business but I don’t want to spend too much money to where I don’t have any and don’t know what I’m buying
Bro I’m starting my brand from the scratch, although I have some experience in design I don’t understand one thing. You see the images you printing ? I have the design made in the pc but how do I get it printed with the little plastic you removed from it ? (To then apply on the T shirt).I’m using Adobe illustrator is that okay ?
curious how to determine whether putting a design on the front or back of your shirt will be more popular with customers? thanks
If it’s small, the front. Big images on back
What size of heat press are you using?
What material shirts do you need for this?
Best Video For This
My only question is like where are the best types of places to buy the actual shirts or hoodies to print on?
This was so helpful. Thank you!
Glad it was helpful!
Thanks for info what size is the globe
I think im doing it all correct but the image doesn’t transfer. What could be happening?
Im sad because It looks so easy and I followed all the steps.
Does you fill it when touch it or it’s impregnated in the t-shirt ??
And how long does it still in general ??
🔥🔥, what did you make your design on ?
Yeah i needa start doing this juss wanna make my own clothes at this point
Thanks Mike.
Thanks for this info 💪🏿
What size heat press do you recommend starting with? I have 3 kids ages 4-8.
Everytime I mess up, yup this is mines. 😂 right in the closet
The tag sticking out of the green shit was a paid actor.
LOL
Hi is this a dtf transfer? I’m just confused because some are using adhesive powder
thank you so muchhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh
Which brand/size of Heatpress are you using?
Thanks
Loving your knowledge and appreciating the gentle flow of info
2 thumbs up from Liverpool, UK 🇬🇧☮️✌️
What is the name of the paper that is put on top of vinyl? Thanks 😋😊
When are you gonna drop the artwork and video ideas you mentioned in this ??? Or if you did can I get the link
big help thank you
what type of pressure should I use 1-9? since my heat pressers shows a pressure display on the screen
What size did you order?? That seem perfect size for my logo
Whats the name of this heat press bro i would like this 1?
what kind of paper is that sir? the clear one
Do you use DTF transfers or Screen print transfers for your shirts?
what size is your heat press? and will any heat press work or specifically DTF?
So I’ve been getting into making shirts and me personally the dtfs are nice but having that rubber feel seems like people wouldn’t like it? I just feel like sublimation is so much better because it’s just part of the shirt and so smooth but obviously a lot more money and work, will people buy dtf shirts?
thanks for your video
What shirt do you use?
a t-shirt
Hey Bro, how do we send over a label for ninja transfers to print? and can i use any pre exisiting logo
What else do you recommend if you don’t own a heat press.. thanks
Great video!
Do you need to print in reverse? Whats the type of printer u use also
Hey boss, what size heat press is that? I'm thinking on getting g a 16x20
