Hi Nick, I've purchased the product. I have successfully backup the LINE data to my PC and I'm able to preview all the chats and data history. However, when I tried to transfer it to my iPhone, I always got stuck in the step 2 "Process the backup data" at 94% progress. The app suddenly freezes then crashes. I've tried to retry the restoring process multiple times, but it always crashes at 94%. Any suggestion? I've reached out the contact support, and still waiting for them to answer. My android device is Samsung Galaxy S9+ (Android 10) New device is iPhone 14 pro
My friend just bought an iphone and wish to move the line chat history from his huawei android phone to this new ios. He has an important chat history with his late brother who passed away few years ago, hope this really could help him. Will buy and test it for him

@@nicks6776 ok i figured it out, turns out i connected my email not my google account hence the error earlier. iam having problems detecting my iphone though, i have the latest itunes store fyi
Hi, you will be logged out from the LINE on your Android after transferring chat history to your iPhone, but your chats will be there in the Google Drive backup. So if you login again to your LINE account on Android, then you will be able to see your chats. You won't be able to use LINE account on both Android and iPhone at the same time. Hello, few days back I had a conversation with the developer of the app and he said "due to recent update by the LINE company our app is not able to transfer LINE from Android to iOS." They are trying to fix it, but not sure how long it would take. Currently, only this app can help you transfer LINE data from Android (even if you have Android 12) to iPhone: www.iphone-to-pc.com/how-to-transfer-line-app-messages-from-android-to-iphone.html Remember it is not free either. Hi, when you login and logout from LINE account too many times, they blocked you temporarily. You can try again later after 12 hours using the same phone number or LINE account that you were using on Android.

@@arajohardian267 You can close the iTransfer software if you have already restored the LINE chats from Android to iPhone using the iTransfer. Even in the worst case scenario, you won't lose your chats becuase they are backed up on both iTransfer for LINE software and also on Google Drive.

Yes it does. After installing the program, make sure you update it by going to Settings menu.
But does LINE remove the chat history on your old Android device, after the transfer?
Hi, you will be logged out from the LINE on your Android after transferring chat history to your iPhone, but your chats will be there in the Google Drive backup. So if you login again to your LINE account on Android, then you will be able to see your chats.
You won't be able to use LINE account on both Android and iPhone at the same time. Hope it answers your query :)
